“A true family home in a fantastic setting, with a lovely private garden and pool.”
Reviewed 4 September 2012 for a stay in August 2012

Our first trip to Turkey and the accpomodation (and Turkish people) couldn't have been nicer. This villa is a genuine family home; comfortable, clean, lovely bathroom, spectacular roof terrace with a day bed and sun loungers to have a cold beer and watch the sun go down, and a quiet garden with pool (that is cleaned every day). Close to local cafe great value breakfast/brunch and supermarket for daily essentials (and cold beer)!
Booking was easy as were directions to the property and there is a good book of restaurant/facility reviews from other guests. There is a decent Weber BBQ if you don't fancy eating out and all the garden furniture is of good quality and comfortable (you could eat in one of 4 locations around the Villa if you wanted to).
Its easy to while away a few hours on the Turkish day bed in the lounge too if the heat gets too much (veeeeeeery comfy).
The local agents clean the pool area twice and day and are discreet and friendly. We'd certainly book to go back to Villa Ayisigi Bachesi againand we'd certainly recommend it as a family or couples holiday home.

Liked best: Watching the sun go down over the bay mountains, relaxed on the roof terrace with an ice cold beer.
Liked least: Teenage daughter would like a full length mirror so she can check how she looks before she goes out!

“Peaceful, beautiful setting...couldn't ask for more!”
Reviewed 14 July 2012 for a stay in May 2012

We(Myself, my girlfriend and my daughter) found the accomodation amazing..beautiful garden area and pool and lovely cool living area for when the sun got a little too much! The location of the villa was perfect with shops not 2 minutes away and the wonderful Cafe Vita just around the corner. The family photos dotted around the property gave it that family feel..and with the rooftop bar area we really felt like we were in paradise! The villa had all the amenities you could need with a book written in by past guests advising on restaurants and places to visit which we found helpful and interesting to see the different comments for the same places by different people. The beds were really comfy and the whole place was spotlessly clean...we will definately return. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we look forward to our next visit and staying with you again..!!

“Glorious setting, with everything we needed”
Reviewed 3 July 2012 for a stay in June 2012

Great place - wonderful gardens and a beautiful pool - mediterranean lunches and great bar-b-queues - lazy days - sitting round the harbour mornings and watching the boats leave - walk up the road from Ayisigi Bahcesi to the cafe or the bars - hire a scooter for £10 per day and shoot into town for whatever you want, if only to sit in the harbour bars and watch the world go by - theatre-cooked turkish kebabs in the town - everything you need, and 40 degrees of sunshine for 2 weeks - owners couldn't have been more helpful, and the loan of the kids' toys and books, high chair and travel cot was just perfect - Phil & Ted worked well, and Bill & Ted had a wonderful time !!!

“A Slice of Turkish Delight in Kalkan”
Reviewed 10 June 2012 for a stay in June 2012

What a fantastic get away, sadly only for a week. Great house with fantastic garden and pool that made a holiday with the children a relaxed pleasure. The air conditioned house ensured that we all slept well and the beautifully furnished house made it feel like home from home. The bathroom has a fantastic shower that I would like to take home and the roof terrace was a great place to chill out and watch the sun go down once the children were in bed. We'll be back!!
