First time at an all inclusive place, and first time with the whole family on a holiday to the south. Everything worked to a perfection, from the time that the hotels taxi picked us up from the airport to the time that they took us back to the airport.
Tried the room service in the middle of the night when we arrived and it worked well. My boys aged 3 and 5 loved the place. They had the whole time something to do. They didn´t do the miniclub because they cant speak english or german but it didn´t matter to them. They played at the childrens pool, played tennis, went to the amusement park and so on. Almost every waiter/cook always laughed with them. We had a standard room with an extra bed for the youngster. Not a big room but it didnt bother us since we were only in the room to sleep.
There were lots of food every time. The quality not the best, quite allright but you could see that the food was made for a lot of people. We didn´t try a la carte restaurants so the food might have been better there. The only other negative thing was that the outdoor pools are not heated but it didn´t matter here because you could take sun outside and then go inside for a swim.
Overall a very good experience. I´m normally a very restless person and want to explore the places/cities I visit but this time I never felt the need to go for example to Antalya or anywhere else.

I can recommend this place for all families with children!!!

We stayed here during the second week of April 2012. There were just two disappointments - the confusion regarding booking a 'sea view' Vs 'sea side view', probably because of Expedia's booking process and one of the guys in the game room was rude. Apart from these two minor irritants, the stay was superb. Food was absolutely great (did not even bother to go to A-la carte) and plenty, served by ever smiling and friendly staff. Drinks were flowing all around (included). Saunas, Steam, Bath were adequate and Spa/ Massage was excellent. Indoor swimming pool was fully in use. Outdoor pools were mostly for sun-tanners lying around served by the friendly Bar team on skates. Animators (entertainers) were more friendly and helpful during the day than skilled during evening. The animation staff doubled taking care of entertainment during the day and they were a delight. It was the risque shows at night they did were less than entertaining (three nights during our stay). One variety dance show by outsiders was talented but not so well choreographed. The Turkish night was expectedly delightful, and the belly dancer was spirited. What stays as great memories are the smile of staff and the general family friendly atmosphere. And food... of course.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a sea view (NOT sea side view where you only get to see a little bit on the side)

Really nice stay here. Rooms a little dark and could be contemporary during next makeover. Spotless cleaning and mega helpful staff. Amazing food and so much choice to the point I would say not to bother with A La Carte ! The clientele was 80% German and the hotel staff are likely to approach you in German until they realise you are not. Not a big problem however with regards to that clientele group there are aways truths in the stereotypes, let's leave it there. Pool areas emaculate and endless activities and snacks to pig out on, and believe me some do! Cocktails and spirits are served a little weak but bar staff only too happy to top up. The gardens are beautiful and so is the pier/pontoon. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel or it's excellent staff. The hotel is situated on a road in front of tawdry apartment blocks but if you don't intend to leave complex you won't notice. The hotel has positioned its smoking area right outside its front door so new guests have to pass through the smoke and accompanying stench before checking it. On the whole we had a lovely time.

we went to this holiday not expecting much, and were really suprised by the quality of service, food and facilities!
All staff are nice to you and cannot do enough
We didnt want to leave the place there is so much to do and explore in that place.
Thank you Delphin palace for everything!
A true 5 star!!!

Room Tip: if you no smoker, ask for no smoking room before you book the hotel, make sure that your windows dont overlook the main street as it can get quite noisy.

WE absolutely loved our 7 days spent at the Delphin Palace! As for the language barrier- we didn't have one. Almost everyone spoke English or enough for us to smile & understand them... Everything was top-notch; from the minibar, housekeeping, pools, spa, beach time, various food bars- to the great dining experience every evening. Thank you for making our family's spring break the best!!!
Looking at a return trip in the future!!! Thanks Delphin Palace!!!!

Room Tip: We booked through TUI, they choose great rooms for us. We had a partial view of the Med, and that was okay- we weren't in the room much. We also had a family room, our kids had their own twin beds- and we had some privacy & 2 balconys.
