Me and my friend stayed at the hotel from 7-6-12 to 13-6-12. The hotel has recently undergone a refurb and it's absolutely lovely. We received a letter from the travel agents a few days before we were meant to arrive explaining that there will be some building work done and that the restaurant will be moved to another location whilst it is undergoing a refurb. This was not the case when we got there, we didn't hear or see any building work being conducted and the refurb in the restaurant had been completed which was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel was in the a very good location right on the beach and the pool was FAB. The marina is about a 20 minute away, there are alot of shops there and the scenery there is stunning.
The Rep named Tina at the hotel was really lovely and helpful, she also lives in Tunisia so knows her stuff.
The food was enjoyable at the hotel, there was a good variety of food. I recommend you try the ice cream it's gorgeous Mmm Mmm Mmm...
The staff were very friendly and were always happy to help, the only negatives was one of the animation team raised his voice at me when I refused to watch their show and on our first day we had a problem with the shower, I rang reception twice and on both occasions they stated that someone will be there in a few minutes, after around 30 minutes nobody arrived, luckily we managed to sort the shower ourselves.
Overall I would recommend this hotel, and if I ever came back to Tunisia I would stay here again. I hope this review has helped. (",)
