this is not a 5 star hotel , the staff are very unprofessional and very angry , the room are dirty and beds are not clean.
hotel just has a beautiful garden and nice pool .
if you want to stay in a 5 star hotel you should choose another hotel

We were here recently because this was the site of a professional conference we were attending. The outside grounds are lovely, as is the lobby. Then you get to your room - aieee!! The rooms appear to not have been changed in any way since the 1970s - ancient, chipped wood furnishings (ours had multiple cigarette burns), almost non-functional showers (ours had a stream like a garden hose, but at least we got hot water; several of our colleagues had no hot water during the entire conference); our 'double' for a married couple was 2 rock-hard twin beds pushed together (with flat pillows smelling of sweat). Food was OK, neither great nor awful. Restaurant staff were generally friendly, but the guys at the front desk were downright nasty. With many hotels in town, I see no reason to settle for this one unless you have no choice.

Room tip: There are no good rooms here!

good location, I booked a half board for 9 days, as I mentioned the location is very good, the food is below the standard some night I preferred to eat outside, the staff were average but not for 5 stars , I would like to thank personally ( Jamal and Mohamed) from reception, they were very helpful. and saved my stay, I wasn't staying because I didn't like the room location .then I changed it the next day which was better .
the animation !!! what animation ????I felt I was staying in a care home , for the old people, very rarely to have a music on day time, when I asked the receptionist she said it's a 5 stars we keep quiet for our customers. in general it was good but not 5 stars sorry .

After i read all the bad reviews i booked the presidential suite to get better confort after being hospitalised but I Arrived to the hotel to find that the suite is dirty, dust everywhere, empty beer bottles in the kitchen, brocken curtains, brocken sanitary and worst is noisy restoration work next to our suite at 8 am ,Room service took over 2 hours to deliver food and food quality was mediocre . Was planning to stay a week and cancelled the second day. A nightmare

Good location but that's it. The food is below average, facilities are below sea level. Personnel and nice staff shoud be classified as protected species (becoming more and more rare). You should plan for a Zen vaccination after visiting this hotel.
