First visit to tunisia, and pleasently suprised. Still get pressured a little by street sellers exc, but not to bad, and take no for answer when you are firm. You will have to barter for a good price at some shops, start from at least half what they ask and only pay what it is worth to you. I found locals to be pleasent. beach clean where hotel was but littered in other areas. A lot of seller on beach with fruit, cigs, jewlery and small turtles. They try and put items in your hand, but I just refused. Gifts very cheep in resort airport gifts pricey. Also you can spend any left over coinage in airport at foodout lets once through customs but cannot take it out of the country.
