Stayed at this hotel and the hotel is pretty good. Special mention must go out to the owner Mr. Anthony for being very helpful and friendly. A special thanks definitely goes out to Mr. Kim at the travel desk who worked in a jify and helped me arranged tickets to India.

Coming to the hotel, the hotel is located at kalim bay about 15-20walk to patong.

I stayed at the superior room. Rooms are good but the bathrooms are a bit small though. A weekly inspection an maintenance schedule would definitely help as few lights and fixtures were not working in our room(#405 & #408).

Small swimming pool. The charges at the spa quite high.

Overall nice place and friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

Booked for a couple of nights via sawadee.com for sea view room, arrived around 8pm after a long journey and greeted with a miserable receptionist who just gave me the key and pointed to the stairs !!! Hotel has no lift so lugged bags up narrow stairs to 3rd floor, not a good start.
Room just about ok but bed sheets smelled musty when went to bed later.
Hotel has prime position right on the beach and is at far end (kalim) so may not suit those seeking a vibrant night life, taxi into patong cost 200 baht.
No tea making facilities in room, but did ask for hot water flask which they provided.
Breakfast was poor, just 4 choices from set menu, only variation, eggs or cornflakes ?
WiFi intermittant maybe due to some renovation work being carried out at front entrance.
Didn't get to meet owner, apparently away at the time, but did see pictures of him and some of the damage caused by the tsunami in 2004.
Ok for the price but after 2 nights moved into patong, at least saved on taxi fares each day.

This Hotel gives you the wrong impression, it has a penthouse room with shared Balcony, noisy heavy machinery outside as well as the front reception area being refurbished, they have an over night guest charge that they do not tell you about until after the event, and sporadic power cuts that leave you with no power or air con.
