We were upgraded to a suite. The room was big and clean, and the mini bar was free. We also got access to the Coral Lounge. My family and I had a great time at this hotel. The buggies were a little slow but not too bad. Betty’s service really impressed us. She was polite, patient, and helpful. She was friendly and always nice with us.

Nice hotel with good service. there are two swimming pools. We always stayed at the smaller pool because it was best to lie in the shade and be quiet. Staff is always helpful, Gam was friendly and helpful always with a smile. I suggest that if you are planning to travel, go to the hotel in Phuket and the Amari Hotel

One of the best resorts in Patong. The room was nice and conveniently located near Patong Beach, the shopping mall, and the walking street. It had a perfect view and very delicious food. The room we stayed in was right in front of the beach. The staff were very friendly, especially Betty who was always smiling and checking in with us about our stay.

Everything was great. The hotel provided full facilities such as a swimming pool, a restaurant, Italian restaurant, sports activities, and a kids club. Our kids enjoyed the activities at the kids club. The two bedroom suite was a nice family room for us to stay together. The staff at the lobby, especially Betty were very helpful, supportive, and service minded.
