Our stay at Amari Phuket Hotel had comfortable . The location was great and the property was beautiful with good facilities. However, the room was a bit old and small. It would be better if the shuttle to Patong Beach offer more than three times a day, which would be more convenient. The staff was very helpful and polite. Thank you to Betty for her kind support.

really bad staff for such lovely property , staff used to come in the morning at 9 and if you were asleep and did not answer they get into your room, this happened 2 times , there was instances where staff courtsey was not there

Fantastic location and hotel. Beautiful views from th hotel and room we had. Pools, beach and jetty all fanfltas5oc facilities.
Restaurants very good. Breakfast offered a good range of different foods. Both restaurants were great too.
Rooms very nice and beds comfortable.
What made it a fantastic place to be (apart from the location and weather) was the staff. They were all so lovely and caring, informative and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. All the staff were very eager to please. Our bed was comfortable, the A/C worked like a charm and the guys at the front desk, Golf and Erik were on top of it. All in all it is a very good value. We also liked the pool areas and fresh beach towels throughout the day was a plus.
