Fantastic location and hotel. Beautiful views from th hotel and room we had. Pools, beach and jetty all fanfltas5oc facilities.
Restaurants very good. Breakfast offered a good range of different foods. Both restaurants were great too.
Rooms very nice and beds comfortable.
What made it a fantastic place to be (apart from the location and weather) was the staff. They were all so lovely and caring, informative and helpful.

We had a great experience on our vacation. The hotel provided excellent service, a fantastic location, and a variety of food options. We definitely recommend spending a holiday here. We enjoyed our stay at this resort. All the staff were very eager to please. Our bed was comfortable, the A/C worked like a charm and the guys at the front desk, Golf and Erik were on top of it. All in all it is a very good value. We also liked the pool areas and fresh beach towels throughout the day was a plus.

My husband and I have been travelling thru SE Asia and this is by far, the most amazing place we've stayed in. The Food especially is wonderful... I'm thoroughly enjoying the buffets (breakfast and dinner) as there is an array of English, Thai, Indian and vegetarian options. The service is over the top... all you have to do is smile. Thank you!

Wonderful view with a great room and cleanliness. In my opinion, if the hotel renovated some of the buildings, it would be even better. There’s a good variety at breakfast. The location is close to the beach, Bangla Road, shopping malls, 7-Eleven, and restaurants. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus pick-up to Patong Beach and has great facilities. The receptionist is nice, very helpful, and polite. A special thank you to Betty, who was always kind to us.
