We had a great experience on our vacation. The hotel provided excellent service, a fantastic location, and a variety of food options. We definitely recommend spending a holiday here. The room was comfortable and convenient, with fully equipped facilities. Betty, the receptionist was very friendly and provided customer service.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. All the staff were very eager to please. Our bed was comfortable, the A/C worked like a charm and the guys at the front desk, Golf and Erik were on top of it. All in all it is a very good value. We also liked the pool areas and fresh beach towels throughout the day was a plus.

My husband and I have been travelling thru SE Asia and this is by far, the most amazing place we've stayed in. The Food especially is wonderful... I'm thoroughly enjoying the buffets (breakfast and dinner) as there is an array of English, Thai, Indian and vegetarian options. The service is over the top... all you have to do is smile. Thank you!

Wonderful view with a great room and cleanliness. In my opinion, if the hotel renovated some of the buildings, it would be even better. There’s a good variety at breakfast. The location is close to the beach, Bangla Road, shopping malls, 7-Eleven, and restaurants. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus pick-up to Patong Beach and has great facilities. The receptionist is nice, very helpful, and polite. A special thank you to Betty, who was always kind to us.

We booked 4 rooms in this resort for an extended family vacation for 6 nights. The overall stay was disappointing, to say the least. At the check-in, we were warned that if we lose our room keys, the penalty for each lost key is 300 Baht… which hotel has this kind of a policy? The rooms were of a match-box size, similar to Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. Imagine paying a bomb to stay in a holiday resort, but getting a feel of being cramped in a compact water tight room. The rooms very never clean by the house keeping team without follow-up with the guest service team. Reason given on two different days for delay was that it’s very crowded and hence room clean would be delayed.. the spread at the breakfast was quite large however, not ideally suited for vegetarians. The guest relations executive was ‘borderline’ rude in conversing with our group and did not allow us to speak to the General Manager of the hotel. The buggy to go to the villas would take forever to arrive and the wait time was very agonising. The management should seriously stop ‘paid’ and ‘sponsored’ reviews on different sites ans make a genuine attempt to improve the services within the resort. The location is absolutely stunning but the quality of services more than offsets the pleasure of a beautiful location.
