Good hotel and breakfast, but dated rooms.
Service terrible and staff at times rude. There was a clear difference in how they helped Indian customers and everyone else. If you are Indian do not go!

Good stay. Could be improved to make it awsome even for seniors. Since the guests are dependent on buggies and carts, they could be made more comfortable for seniors.

We love to travel and we definitely know it when the service people give the extra thought and go the extra mile for you. We were served by Jibcy and Joy and Kenya upon arrival. We were served with towels and welcome drinks and seeing there’s two young toddlers, Kenya and Joy gave the young ones a cute elephant soft toy each. And seeing how tired we all are, Jibcy offered to drive us to our block in the buggy. Throughout our stay, we were all well taken care of and had such wonderful time. Thank you Amari Phuket!

Great location at the end of patong beach, away from the busy street. Scenic enough overlooking the entire stretch of patong beach. Facilities were well maintain, breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choices. Special shoutout to staff; jibcy, joy and kenya for their excellent customer service, rendering assistance from the moment we stepped in to check out :)

Had stay for 4 days 3 nights. The rooms are clean, the breakfast are great and the view is nice.
Would like to thank the staffs - Kenya, Jibcy & Joy for welcoming us and making our stay wonderful.
Also thanks to the security guards that help to take care of our vehicles.

They steal our money and then when we point out this to Amari Reservation team they reply by insulting our intelligence with a "special offer" that is the same price to anyone on Booking.com.
We booked and paid in advance and had our trip cancelled because of Thai government restrictions during Covid. At the time of our trip being cancelled, the hotel did not give us a deadline of when we need to use the booking. We asked again in 2023 and the reply is attached). We emailed them this year requesting to use the booking and they said we were too late. We explained that we don't go on holiday when it suits a hotel. They replied with a fake special offer of TB 6,819 per night. Looking on Booking.com, the price us exactly the same as the fake special offer. They must think we are stupid. Do not trust this hotel with your money and direct bookings or their word in emails. They have taken $1,000 of our money when they know we cannot be expected to travel when it suits a hotel. Top hotels do not act with such obvious lack of class exhibited here.
