We got a package that included access to the clubhouse and were grateful for the chance to start our day with breakfast overlooking Patong Beach. The infinity pool at the clubhouse was gorgeous and we could have spent the whole vacation just lounging in the hotel. While we didn't have the time to try the other pools, they looked fantastic.

The new seaview suites are quite and private, a welcome change from the bustle and noisy of the nearby Patong nightlife. Take note that it may be a challenge to get to the rooms as they are peppered along the side of a hill. However, there is an efficient buggie service that ferries guests from their rooms to the pools or to the lobby.

We had a great time and an enjoyable stay at Amari!

We had wonderful family reunion and spent unforgettable five nights at Amari early June. We booked an one-bedroom suite and a two-bedroom suite, both ocean-view in the newly opened ocean wing, for our party of 7 adults and one baby. The views from both rooms are gorgeous. Both suites are nice and spacious with a fully-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed everything Amari offers. To me, I enjoy the swimming pool in the clubhouse most. It is perched atop the hill. Great atmospheres and great view.

All staff are very attentive and respectful. I think as the ocean wing was newly opened hotel managers, especially Pierre, come and check with their guests on regular basis and fix minor issues immediately, such as sending fruit basket and Macron to our rooms.

Hotel service can be further exceeded in my opinion if more frequent round-trip shuttle services to Patong town can be provided. Although there are flood of tut-tut trucks on the streets, bargaining with them every single time is tedious. Communications can be confusing sometimes although all our problems were essentially resolved.

Overall, we love Amari Phuket. We will definitely be back again!

Just stayed at the Amari Phuket last week. I looked at just about every excellent rated hotel in Patong, Karon and Kata. For the price, this is the best value. The view is great from the room and also the resort. There are 2 pools, a larger family pool and a smaller more quite pool. The buffet is at resturant Rim Thali, right on the waters edge, great way to start the day. The staff is excellent, everyone is helpful and caring. We had the free dinner, and there was the seafood bbq buffet that evening. The cook and chef were so nice, they actually cooked and served us lobster and crab to order !!! It's just a short walk to town, or a few dollar ride in And out of town, we will be coming back again, and plan to stay at the Amari Krabi on our next visit. Oh, and we also got a room upgrade :-) thank you Amari for a great stay in Phuket.
