If you are travelling on a tight budget this guest house is fine. So there are cracks in the floor boards but it is a converted pier.

The rooms are small and basic. The sheets aren't crisp white however they are clean and the beds reasonable comfortable. There is a nice breeze coming off the sea so a fan was more than adequate and there is plenty of hot water.

The rooms are close to everything and the staff were polite and friendly. There is a big terrace overlooking the sea at the end of the rooms which is great to relax.

For £6 a night what more do you want.?

Such an awful experience. Very unfriendly staff. WiFi didn't work. Dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets. The only good things is localisation and big terrace at the end of the hallway. Not worth that kind of money.

It's the best value in Hua Hin given the price and location. You are right in the middle of everything, the night market is just around the corner with the beach 50 meters away. The famous Hilton night life area is a 3 minute stroll. At the top of the road you can take a 10baht bus to anywhere in Hua Hin or a 25bhat bus to Cha'am or Petchauburi or minibus down to Pranburi. For these reasons if you do not have your own transport it makes an excellent base. Excellent food and massage options all round the hotel including famous Hua Hin seafood. It is a charming guest house built on a wooden jetty over the sea, you will drift away to sleep with the sound of rolling waves underneath and in the morning you can wake up and have breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the sea!! It is a heritage building, so not everything is perfect as others have stated but you wont find better value in this area of Hua Hin. If you are on a budget and want to get the most out of a short stay here, this is the place for you. The staff are very kind and happy to help and answer questions (especially the Thai/French owners who speak perfect English), which makes a real difference to any stay. They make you feel very welcome and at home and you feel you can trust them. I don't really understand the negative reviews, but I think some people are expecting too much for their money.

Awful place, is very dirty, cracks in the floorboards that let bugs into ur room, there is stains on the sheets, no aircon just a great huge fan which takes up most of the room, which the rooms aren't actually that big! It's so dank and dark in the rooms that it's has this creepy vibe about it. If your a light sleeper pack some ear plugs, I love the sound of the sea but when it's thrashing underneath you isn't relaxing at all! And it's soooooo loud!! The restaurant at the end is nice, it does have lovely views.

We were very excited to come to this accommodation after booking a sea-view room and reading that you are literally over the sea, and it didn't disappoint. We were greeted with a very friendly lady at reception who checked us in quickly and showed us to our room.

We booked the day before we came to stay, at a very reasonable price for the location and had read the previous reviews, but we were very pleased with our room; it was big enough for a comfy double bed, side tables, and a wardrobe, the A/C was very new, powerful and more importantly silent! The bathroom was western style, and everything was clean. The view from our window was fantastic, it was an authentic Thai seafront, and the sea was literally underneath our feet, you could hear the waves rushing below. We also had Free WIFI, a fast connection from our room.

Because of the buildings old style there were a few gabs between the floor boards which did unfortunately let mosquitoes in, but once we saw this we simply laid down some towels and clothes and that stopped them.

The restaurant at the end of the hotel was beautiful, it over looked the ocean but it was only open for breakfast while we were there.

For the price we paid which was very reasonable we didn't expect much, we weren't expecting a big lavish room but we found this to be one of the best value for money accommodation we have stayed in yet in Thailand.

It is in a great location in Hau Hin, right along the beach and beside everything you need, it was only a 10 minute walk from Hau Hin's train station, a 5 minute walk from the popular night market, a couple of minutes to the best part of Hau Hin's beach, the staff were very friendly and helpful and would print us off maps as we needed, we stayed a second night because of this which turned out to be cheaper then our first.

If we ever go back to Hau Hin we will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others, specially if you are looking for a reasonable price.
