“Not worth the money.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 April 2012

My wife and I have stayed at the Hilton Hua hin 4 times over the over the last 4 years ,in that time every aspect of this hotel has deteriorated excluding the cleaning staff, the have been so helpful every time. We have stayed on the club floor each time, but no wi fi you have to pay extra when you ask why you are feed some bull !!!! About the way the floors are layed out but if you payed the money they gave you a password that worked fine???. Ordering eggs downstairs was a waste of time as we were forgotten every time,Now the club lounge the food has become so repetitious and mostly inedible , the drinks cheap undrinkable wines from chili or similar . The scotch was the bottom of the range by a long way it goes on . But my point is the money they charge this hotel is not worth it !!! We are returning to Hua hin have booked a small hotel in the same street $360.00aud no club bottle shop 2 minutes walk 1lt Californian wine $15.00 aud. Hilton $1,060 aud + wi fi can't remember but it was very expensive (this stay is for 5 nights ) No brainer.

Situated smack bang in the middle of Hua Hin you only have to walk out of the front door and you’re in the middle of the bar/restaurant area of town. The hotel itself is quiet and relaxing with the usual Hilton finesse and standards of service. I have stayed here on a number of occasions and each time the welcome has been superb from the friendly staff. I would recommend the executive rooms which are sumptuously furnished and you get the benefit of use of the executive lounge with free drinks and food supplied at various times of the day.

Stayed here together with my girlfriend (who is thai) and we were probably the only young ones in the entire resort. I think this is more a hotel for old men and women who enjoy the beach, because there was alot of them. When we arrived, which was the day after our checkin day, I think the manager greeted us, but in my opinion he felt kinda rude because he kept asking alot of questions, when we were tierd from our trip and just wanted to get into our room. But on to the good part, the swimming pool was excellent, they had some events going on such as water-yoga and water-volleyboll. Beach was awesome as well, but had to be careful of the manets and some dead fish floating around. Overall, Hua Hin didnt have so much to offer other than the beach and the old city.

I also have to recommend the breakfast, as always by Hilton, it's excellent!

Room Tip: Pacific Sea suites, had a incredible view of the beach. i could see the sun going up every morning a...

1st time in Hua Hin,having stayed in the centara at centreworld in bangkok(enough said)and centara grand mirage in Pattaya (2nd time there ,mint hotel),and was mindful of some previous reviews regarding this hotels alleged tiredness etc.
The hotel is in a wonderful location.and after an initial hiccup about 1 room not being ready on the club floor(i think they gave my son the presidential suite it was huge)we had a wonderful stay in the Hilton. Its not as tired as some people make out depending on what your expectation of 4/5 star hotel is in a holiday location. Its spotlessly clean and the breakfast buffet is really good for choice etc.Didnt eat in the hotel as there is so much to offer around the area.
Mind if you want the premium( in the sun all day) sunbeds ,you have to be off your marks by 7am but if your not bothered on the location theirs plenty.
The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and the hotel offers really reasonable golf packages to some really good courses.
All in all a great holiday in a nice laid back resort,we will return on our next trip to Thailand.

Room Tip: Pay for the club rooms ,you get lovely snacks and bits and pieces thro the day and free drinks in th...

Hua Hin Hilton has been our favourite Hotel for the last 10 yeras, always in Jan-Feb.
It can be a little noicy during Chinese New Year but what new year is not?
We can recommend this to 100% but the restaurant is poor not worth the value. You eat cheaper downtown and BETTER.
You can then go to Hua Hin Golf Tours and ask for Tours and for Golfing. Just cross the street.
Ask for Khun Shun.
