We had a good sized room with a comfortable King bed. Fridge aircon, TV and a good bathroom, no working hot water. Clean and well maintained, although some plaster was bubbling on the wall. Location is very convenient for main Town, beach and transport. We faced the main road and setting sun, but curtains kept the sun out and to be honest I never really noticed the traffic noise.
Difficulties, this section is to help others avoid confusion.. Arriving by motorcycle it was hard to find. No obvious signage at street level. By walking I found a sign.
There is no reception, just a small sliding door. When we arrived there was no concierge and the directions were a bit confusing. There was a small sign directing us to the Citin Loft to check in, the concierge was meant to direct us, but as we could not see one we were left a bit confused.
Eventually we tried the check in at "Hua HIn Loft" which is across the road and up a Soi. That was the correct place, but the differences in names was confusing.
We were issued with an electronic key. But it did not work. By this time the concierge had appeared and he let us into our room with his master key.
Later we went back to reception to get our room key re-programmed. It never worked for us. But fortunately when we came and went the concierge unlocked the doors for us.
