First, the taxi we ordered from the place and was waiting for us as we came off the train was worth it. It was 2200 baht and was really worth the money. We saw other people that came off that train with children that didn’t have enough sleep on the train trying to get a taxi, waiting in the sun (could have been rain too) and was very happy we didn’t have to stand there too. It was a nice van with a friendly driver that gave us a chance to catch another hour of sleep on the way which was great.

When we arrived and by the time we settled the payment, our things were already in the room.
We took the Tarazan family suite (or something...) which is actually two big rooms with a connecting door, each having its own bathroom, tv, cattle, a huge double bed, a cool balcony and a huge window facing the surrounding trees.
The rooms are beautiful. It’s a bit moist inside while the air conditioning is not working but when it does, it’s not a problem. Everything is clean and nice and smells good and you really feel you’re living in the trees.

Vipa, the owner (i guess) is very nice and she’s there all the time and helped us allot in all the arrangements we had to do when we left.

The food in the place’s restaurant is good and tasty and everyone found something they liked to eat.

The swimming pool didn’t look nor smelled that good, but we saw the guys working behind it so, if they fixed what needed to be fixed, there’s a nice pool too.

When we left, we headed to the National Park and the cabins on the lake, and after that to ko Phangan. A bit complicated and expensive transport. Vipa organized everything for us. From the taxi from thr treehouse to the pier on the lake, the boat that took us in and out the next day, shared minibus to surathani and thr ferry to ko Phangan, all for the same price it would have cost us to do it all ourselves (we checked).

We’ve been in the treehouse for two nights... we could have stayed five easy if we weren’t on a schedule.

Grumpy personal, everything is in bad state, dirty, waiting hours for food, dark, the treehut wasn't as high as promised, No view.
Very expensive for Thai standards, you would expect some hygiëne, service, or luxury. Definitely not worth it. Go somewhere else if you can.

We pay 4,050 per night but it not worth to even spend 15 minute here. We stay 3 persons and what we got are:
1. Once we flush toilet, you have to wait 15 minutes to fill water in the tank to use again. If you can't wait, you have to push bidet spray to fill water in tank yourself which take 10 minutes
2. No hot water even there's heater but it doesn' work
3. There are 3 persons of us and only 1 set of bathroom amenities provided. It seems that hotel never checks their rooms and amenities if everything is functional
4. No flashlight and we found it difficult to climb down from our room to car park or reception area at night
5. We have to take care our buggage ourselve to room and walkway is too narrow. I understand this point as hotel distinctive point is forest atmosphere and guests room is hidden in lush trees but if owner care enough, she may find it's difficult for guests to carry big luggage throgh narrow walkway themselves

We've just want to inform other guests what they will get and hope business owner will improve it immediately as room rate is quite costly, comparing to service and product, it' s not valueable at all

Located right in the Khao Sok National park region, it is very close to the Cheow Lan Lake.

The property is very rustic and would give you the perfect jungle feel. We were supposed to be picked up from the Pattaya by the property itself, but that got super delayed. But we didnt complaint as the property upgraded us to the honeymoon suite and also offered us a private tour of the Cheow Lan Lake for free (which was earlier supposed to be a group tour).

The honeymoon suite was beautiful!

They have a nice open restaurant set up with light music playing and can be a nice place to chill in the evenings.

Room Tip: The honeymoon suite is the best!

The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are quite nice and reasonabley clean, breakfast was very poor and staff didn't seem to want to know you. Although the lady who checked me in was lovely after a honest misunderstanding with check out times the gentleman in the afternoon was very rude and unprofessional even when I offered to pay extra. When you pay this much for accommodation you expect more than this or even just some better hospitality for the staff.
