Lovely place although not without its challenges. The electricity kept going off, which when in the middle of a shower wasn’t fun. The rooms were lovely with an open bathroom which was fun although being open meant that wild life could also come in, one of the other guests had a snake curl up in the bathroom. When we arrived the hot water system didn’t work but once reported it was replaced immediately. Being in the jungle, things deteriorate quickly and our outside table collapsed. All in all it was an experience that we all enjoyed

We were here for a night, the staff was nice, not very good english speakers but average, the room was so dusty, under the bed was full with dust and bottles of sodas and waters clearly of years ago.
The food in the resort is not delicious.
It was an ok experience but once and never again :)

This place has potential but I cannot believe the state of affairs during our visit and would never go back.
The whole front entrance was under construction and the smell of varnish was overwhelming. There were men working and smoking cigarettes everywhere. One person greeted us and gave no information.... just handed over a key and asked a cigarette wielding, shirtless man to carry our luggage. Due to all the construction we were sent to another hotel for our meals. It was a 15 minute walk to breakfast in the rain. I was going to ask for a ride but there was nobody at the front desk at 830AM.
The treehouse itself was cute and relatively clean but smelt musty and was damp. I can deal with all of that however, I have never in my life had such a hard mattress. May as well have slept on the wooden floor. Seriously awful mattress.
The pool was unkept and what should have been a swim-up bar was dirty and not available for use.
The place was shameful.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago with my wife & 2 daughters (11 & 12) & we all loved it. Staff were amazing - friendly & helpful. Food was good in the restaurant. Tree houses were lovely - not exactly 5 star but certainly clean & comfortable. Certainly recommend it as we all had a good time here.
Did the one day Kao Sok offered by them & we all found it incredible. Good value!

We loved this resort - rooms were of excellent standard and communal areas had plenty of space to relax. Hard wrking staff did all they could tyo make us welcome - being in the jungle there is a lot of rain and falling leaves etc but staff were forever clearing and sweeping so place clean as well as comfortable. Food fresh and plentiful and some of the best we had in Thailadn and at very reasonable prices. Breakfast is inclded in the price which wasnt clear but an added bonus and there's a choice of cooked american style, pancakes and fruit or museli with juice and tea/coffee. Booking was a little haphazard but actually it was all as requested. The manager (female) was increduibly efficient and friendly. Helped us arrange river tubing and onward transport and had accurate and helpful advice. We also did the overnight tour to the Lake staying in floating rafthouse (very basic but expected). This was an amazing experience but is physically quite demanding and you get very wet and very dirty so not for the faint hearted or anyone with physical disabilities

Room Tip: All rooms are individual - we had 3 different ones and all amazing. All our group rated this as best part of our Thailand trip
