We had late lunch at the heritage Cafe and ordered papaya juice, humus, avocado prawn salad and grilled prawns - price 5000 rupee. It was tasty but nothing special, it's probably a better place for a romantic dinner. Service was friendly, overall 3-4 points.

The restaurant has an attractive menu and a nice location. When seated at the table most of the menu was not available: no pasta's, no pizza's, no burgers... and on top of that NO beers!?!? There was not much more on the menu. What we finally had was mediocre quality for a high price. My recommendation is to avoid this place. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area.

The restaurant is good and central, and the setting is lovely, in an enclosed courtyard (with a fish tank). They also have bathrooms.

The food was fabulous, I had a local curry which was amazing, the meat was tender, the rice well cooked and a really good choice of condiments, including vegetables.

The service was a little indifferent (but it was a very slow day) and I'd rather be left alone to eat rather than endless questions.

Read a lot of good reviews but perhaps breakfast is not a strong suit for the restaurant. We got the breakfast meals. Cheap but it was nothing to write home about. Liked the fresh fruit juices that came with the meals though. My sister is scared of cats and upon entering and seeing a cat lying in the middle of the restaurant, I asked if they could move the cat. The waiter's reply was, no, it stays here. We picked a table at the farthest corner. Didn't stop the cat from making an appearance under our table.
