My wife and I stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Busan as tourists.
Location: Very good, in a quiet side street but handy to 2 subway stations, restaurants, convenience stores, a market and a large department store. The latter contained a supermarket and an excellent food court.
Room: Standard room, but small and "tired" i.e well overdue for redecorating. Lighting inadequate / dim.
Shower: Good pressure, but difficult to set to a suitable temperature, and the extractor fan was hopeless.
Breakfast: Upon check-in we were advised that our tariff included breakfast, but this turned out not to be the case so we cannot comment on the food.
Staff: Front desk staff tried to be helpful, but provided us with incorrect information, and the standard of English left room for improvement.
Personal rating: 6/10, mostly on account of our room.
Would we stay there again? Unlikely

I stayed here for a week and was very sad to leave! Lovely helpful and friendly staff, compact but bright, functional and clean rooms and terrific location. Will definitely be staying here again! In fact I'm booking my next stay this week!

This is a very functional hotel with the main amenities that you need...all areas are clean although ready for a redecoration. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms very adequate with bath as well as shower. It's a quiet location close to the metro station of Beomsil (turn right out of the hotel, right again at the corner and walk for 5 minutes). This is a direct line to Busan main train station. At the entrance to the metro there is also a bus stop for the airport bus. There's a lot of shopping around the hotel...mostly everyday stuff...clothes, etc etc. But also a very good selection of places to eat and mini markets (7-11 and GS25). One great plus for the hotel is the free access to the attached Korean spa - a great way to relax at the end of the day.
There is also a small restaurant attached to the hotel although I didn't eat there. For me the main selling points of the hotel were comfort and location. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here just for one night.. Room is too small so it is difficult for you to put any luggage. Bathroom is good, however. It has adequate ameinity.. Wifi signal is fairly good.

Breakfast has few choiches. They only provide salad, ham, scrambled egg and stir mushroom. Bakery only provide ordinary bread and there is no fresh fruit. Definetly not too suitable.

If you stay for just a night without luggage , I think it would be fine. Otherwise, please consider it. Since benefit is not exceeding cost.

Location: convenient. Walking distance to 2 metro stations on 2 different lines means you can cut down on some traveling time. The airport limousine bus stops near Hyundai Department Store which is just 5-10 minutes walk away (3 streets).

Staff: polite and friendly. We had caught a red eye flight there and arrived dead tired. Our plan was to camp out in the lobby till check-in time at 3pm but the kind staff there allowed us to check-in earlier at 10am which was totally unexpected. We thought we'd only get such service from a 5star place.

Sauna: love the sauna by the hotel. It's a public one so you really get to see Korean daily life. The hotel gives a complimentary entry coupon every day and we really made the most of it. Go at night around 9pm. It's less crowded and quieter so you can really chill.

Food: there are many GOOD eateries next to the hotel. The pork soup joint and the little homely place serving gimbap were our favourite haunts.

The rooms were typical size for Korean and Japanese hotels; on the small side, but they were clean. The bathroom was clean too and I love the conditioner they provided. You might have to ask for extra towels because they only provide one big bath towel and three smaller ones; not enough if you have miles of hair that you need to dry before heading out into the winter cold.

We loved our stay there. If I go back to Busan, this will once again be my top pick.
