Hotel was a way out of the town so one tended to stay in the hotel in the evenings. Never used the pool as I heard it closed at 6pm & by the time we got back from our day's outings, it was straight into the dining room.Food wise was ok but a few selections to choose from. Not really suitable for vegetarians. Bed room fine but bathroom needed a few fix up's as work done seemed not finished off.

Room Tip: Room 618 looked over the pool but as the room got so much sun it had a shade across the window.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only- the stay was terrible! The rooms and dinning room are dirty. The staff at the dinning room spilled food all over us and didn't even apologize.
And in the end, they charged us for an extra night even though we didn't stay there!
Really NOT recommended! Stay away!

We arrived at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. We got the keys, but the room was definitely not ready (food leftovers in the room and toilet!!!).both the front desk clerk and manager were rude, claiming they do not know what to do.30 mins later, the housekeepers came...to check themselves in the mirror...and finally clean the room.
The bathroom has mold and many stains on walls and ceiling. On the bright side, we had a view over the sea of Galilee. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied.

Calm, peaceful hotel with great pool for a cool dip after the heat and crowds of the holy sights. Nice cool rooms and good food with excellent choice both for breakfast and dinner. All meals are buffet style. Gets busy at peak times but the staff cope really well. The manager, Avi, is superb and was very helpful to us during our stay.

Room Tip: High rooms with views of the Sea of Galilee are sought after.

I stayed three nights in the hotel, No one of them, I receive towels. When asked for them, they leaved them in the floor, without any protection, or plastic bag.
The towels were raw and very old.
The hotel was full of noisy tourist traveling in groups. Dinner was chaotic, crowded.
Food boring, and very similar every day.

Room Tip: The building behind the reception is better.
