Ketut was absolutely excellent! We felt completely safe with him at all times, and he was always punctual and communicated really well. He was fantastic with our kids, making them feel comfortable and engaged throughout the trip. His knowledge of the areas we visited was impressive, and he shared great insights along the way. He even went above and beyond by helping organise additional drivers for other family members who were visiting at the same time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

Recently completed a two day tour of Bali with Ketut from Japa Bali Tours. We are greatly impressed with his service and knowledge of Bali. He knew the best way and times to minimise traffic and get the most out of our day. Visiting the Bali Safari Park, Blangsinga waterfall, Uluwatu monkey temple and GWK statute to name a few. He even accompanied us in the monkey temple to keep watch and help prevent things being stolen by the monkeys. We travelled in comfort in a new car with excellent air conditioning. We couldn't be happier with the service provided and we will definitely use next time in Bali. Thanks Ketut.

Ketut was amazing! Turned up early, waited for us to finish brekkie and we were on our way. He was very informative and so friendly. We learnt alot from him. He was so patient waiting for us to do our tours and ready straight away. Even offered to take us souvenir shopping afterwards because we only had a quick infinity pool visit as we didn't want to stay there long (husband didn't want to go in). Recommend ketut to anyone!
