The hotel was very nice and clean. The view one if the best in this price range

We arrived to UBud after travelling a bit. Although some of the staff struggled to understand English , they were all kind and friendly and it really enriched our stay. The wifi hasn't been working on third floor but as soon as we communicated it - we got moved to a different room with good wifi connection (neflix didn't work). Small selection of breakfast but very tasty whatever you choose. Same problem with shower as in someone's review- bathroom was getting soaked after each shower- but it didn't bother us that much. They also sell coconut at local prices. Very smiley and friendly staff. Nice meals at the restaurant. City centre in 20 mins walk- absolutely fine. Fine stay overally.

This was our second accommodation in Ubud. It surpassed our expectations for the budget price we paid. The rooms were super new and clean, well furnished with a proper air-conditioned. The swimming pool was clean with a beautiful view. The hotel had free transportation to/from the city center on certain hours (outisde those hours one shall pay a reasonable price of 55000IDR).The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is relatively new, room is just nice for 2 person. No cupboard or luggage holder to properly store your luggage, but there is enough space to put it on the floor.
Wifi was not working during the duration of our stay (3 nights), and just worked by the time we checked out.
Room was clean, bed sheet was changed on the 2nd day. However the shower position was quite strange which facing the shower room door. so whenever you took a shower, the water will seeps out from the bottom of the door.
On our last day, there was a horrible smell coming out of the sink hole.
They served standard continental, American, and Indonesian breakfast, so not much choice to pick. However taste was not bad..
The pool is located in the middle of the building, partly covered. Not really a big pool, but it is good enough if you want to dip in during hot midday sun...
Location is quite far from Ubud central, but they provides scheduled shuttle 3x a day...
I love they way they locate the restaurant and roof top garden, so it will face the paddy field at the back of the hotel.

The staff needs to learn better English as I felt it really put a barrier on trying to communicate. The wifi was down for 3 days and they were not so quickly to apologise and it was just a "it is what it is" situation. I found there was no sense of urgency or "above the line" service.
Having worked in hospitality myself I found it to be quite poor.

The hot water system was also poor as it only came out minimal hot water, the sink was also blocked when using the shower, poor wifi connectivity, very paper thin walls and overall not good customer service.

The location also was no help as it was far from the city centre in Ubad and the taxi rides were ridiculously charged by the taxi drivers. It would cost us roughly around $7 Australian just to go back to the hotel.

I will certainly not recommended staying here. As harsh as this may sound, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
