We went in thinking we would get some good bread, but it went way beyond this. This is one of our best finds in three months of travel in Asia! They had a large variety of breads, and everything we tried was excellent! The staff was excellent, and greeted us with smiles every time, and we ate most of our lunches there while we were in Sanur.

Quality food like it's produced by a small store rather than a large chain. Excellent service. Had the bacon and egg muffin with a side of advo which I spread onto the muffin. Delicious! Coffee, choc blast and two muffins equated to 157,000rp.

Excellent cafe bakery with friendly staff and now double the size with ac inside. Easy access. True sourdough and proper bagels, drinks, smoothies and samdwich bar also excellent. Brilliant for cooling down on your stroll along the Temlingan.

I have eaten lunch or breakfast at The Bread Basket for the last three days. I love their build your own sandwich option. Today I tried the Big Bang Breakfast which came with two eggs, two sausages, two bacon, some carmelized onions, mushrooms, toast jelly and butter. It was delicious and cost about 45000 rp or $3.

Great place for a lunch or just takeaway one of their fresh baked breads. We came here a couple of times during our 2 weeks stay in sanur and the bread quality was top notch every time.

One little remark however is that about every time we were there, something from our order wasn’t available that day. Either bread or topping, they seem to have a rather limited stock (we normally came here around lunch time). Apart from that: be sure to treat yourself one of the BYO sandwiches here as they are great!

Rated 4/5 and recommended for your daily bread or a nice lunch
