Once again, the Ritz-Carlton team has gone above and beyond to create unforgettable memories for us! My husband and I were looking for the perfect destination to celebrate his birthday, and we decided on a getaway to Bali. Naturally, the Ritz-Carlton Bali came to mind — and they did not disappoint.

From the moment we stepped into the stunning lobby, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff. Leading the way was Ms. Indah, our personal butler, who quickly became more than just an assistant— she felt like a dear friend always ready to help. Her genuine warmth and patience shone as she gave us a tour of the beautiful space we would call home for the next four days.

To our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to a breathtaking private mansion, complete with a pool that made us feel instantly at home. Ms. Indah and her incredible team ensured we were well taken care of every step of the way, responding to all our requests promptly and being available around the clock. Their attention to detail and constant care made our stay extraordinary.

The exceptional service didn’t stop there. At breakfast, Artha amazed us with his thoughtfulness. When my husband casually asked if condensed milk was available for his coffee and learned it wasn’t, we thought nothing of it. But the next morning, Artha greeted us with a smile and said, “I have the condensed milk today — may I get you some?” Not only did he remember, but he also went the extra mile. To top it off, he surprised us with a thoughtful gift — a pack of Luwak coffee, adding a special Balinese touch to our experience.

Another standout was Ary from the pool area. From the moment we arrived, Ary welcomed us warmly, introduced us to the facilities, and went out of his way to ensure our comfort. Upon learning about our celebration, he surprised us with delicious coconut ice cream. Ary’s dedication to mentoring his team of interns was equally inspiring. It’s clear he instills a passion for excellence, embodying the Ritz-Carlton’s high standards in everything he does.

We are also deeply touched by the thoughtful gestures throughout our stay: the birthday song at breakfast, the beautiful balloons and cake prepared by the butler team, and every moment of care that made us feel truly celebrated.

My trip was amazing because I'm sure I chose the perfect hotel. The service was spectacular . All the staff were attentive and focused on providing excellent service . The Breakfast was absolutely wonderful , with a huge variety of options and local fruits to try . Dinners at the restaurants were also unmissable . the hotel's location was fantastic , right on the best beach in Bali

We stayed in one of the villas with lagoon access. As the resort is huge, there is a buggy service to take you everywhere, alternatively it’s just a long walk. They do their best to not let you wait long.

As like all ritz resorts the service is impeccable. We had in room breakfast and it was abundant and delicious.

We brought our 2 year old along and they provided plenty of gifts for him to keep him entertained. There is an also a ritz kids club where you can drop him off for play, there are sitters there to entertain him.

The beach is clean and private, providing a very relaxing vibe for a family holiday.

The hotel also has the famous chapel where many weddings are held. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
