From the moment my husband and I arrived at The Ritz Carlton in Bali, we knew we were in for a truly special vacation. Every detail of our stay was carefully crafted, from the staff remembering our names each day to bringing me fresh watermelon and watermelon juice every morning as soon as they knew it was my favorite fruit. It’s the small gestures like these that truly set this resort apart.
The room itself was nothing short of a dream—gorgeously decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. When we walked in, we were welcomed with flowers, balloons, a personal note from the staff, and even a cake celebrating our anniversary! To our delight, they had upgraded us to an even more stunning room without us even asking, making us feel like royalty from start to finish. The room was so cozy and beautiful that we chose to have dinner there almost every evening, and it made every night feel like a romantic celebration.
The staff here are beyond exceptional. Every interaction was marked by warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Although every staff member that we encountered at the hotel were kind, polite and always greeted us with a smile each day, there were a few staff members who I would like to personally thank and recognized for their outstanding service during our stay. Winu Adi, Angaa Dinata and Denatta Konang provided service that I can only describe as "world class" and fit for royalty. I have never in my travels experienced the sort of care and kindness that they provided. They made us feel like the most important guests in the hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Our stay at The Ritz Carlton in Bali far exceeded all of our expectations, and we are already dreaming of returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, unforgettable stay!
