Stayed at Ritz Carlton Bali for 2 nights (girls trip). We wanted to pamper ourselves at the end of our girls trip. We had lagoon access room for 2 nights, and the experience was unreal! Yenny was assisting us for our stay, not just checkin/out process, literally all the time. She was constantly checking us in via whatsapp, asking what we need, giving us helpful tips. We were both a little unwell, and Yenny caught that from our conversation and even brought us ginger tea and medicine (later found out she purchased it from pharmacy after researching my symptom). On my last day the ATM machine took my card accidentally and Yenny helped to open up the whole machine to retrieve my card back after contacting the bank. Thanks so much Yenny & Ritz Carlton team!

Stumbled upon it by chance, after my flight to Komodo was postponed. A little slice of paradise after underwhelming Ubud. Skip all the other destinations in Bali. This is it on the island. Understated luxury with 5 star service. The property itself is vast, the pool and the beach are incredible and what really sets it apart is the service the staff delivers. I wish I would have came here instead of Ubud. No traffic, no hipster doofuses, less soviets/putins here and just serenity and relaxation. The rooms are huge, well appointed with balconies and immaculately maintained. Definitely coming back.

Room tip: If you set up by the pool or the beach, try and stay away from russian speaking people. They smoke and tend to be loud.

From the moment my husband and I arrived at The Ritz Carlton in Bali, we knew we were in for a truly special vacation. Every detail of our stay was carefully crafted, from the staff remembering our names each day to bringing me fresh watermelon and watermelon juice every morning as soon as they knew it was my favorite fruit. It’s the small gestures like these that truly set this resort apart.

The room itself was nothing short of a dream—gorgeously decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. When we walked in, we were welcomed with flowers, balloons, a personal note from the staff, and even a cake celebrating our anniversary! To our delight, they had upgraded us to an even more stunning room without us even asking, making us feel like royalty from start to finish. The room was so cozy and beautiful that we chose to have dinner there almost every evening, and it made every night feel like a romantic celebration.

The staff here are beyond exceptional. Every interaction was marked by warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Although every staff member that we encountered at the hotel were kind, polite and always greeted us with a smile each day, there were a few staff members who I would like to personally thank and recognized for their outstanding service during our stay. Winu Adi, Angaa Dinata and Denatta Konang provided service that I can only describe as "world class" and fit for royalty. I have never in my travels experienced the sort of care and kindness that they provided. They made us feel like the most important guests in the hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Our stay at The Ritz Carlton in Bali far exceeded all of our expectations, and we are already dreaming of returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, unforgettable stay!

Having stayed at numerous Ritz Carlton Hotels I would probably say this is the worst one to date. The property is showing signs of its age and is in need of a refurbishment. Both my son and his family as well as ourselves had to change rooms due to a musty and damp atmosphere in the room caused by the A/C. The restaurant offering is limited (though the food and staff are good) breakfast can be very chaotic with an order of hot food taking up to 20 min to arrive.

The Hotels Kids club pool was out of order for our grandchildren and the weddings held in the middle of the hotel bedrooms with Fireworks do not help 5 and 2 year old children have a good nights sleep.

The staff are great and go along way to smoothing out some of the problems.

Room tip: Check the A/C in the Rooms as it appears to be a problem creating damp bedding

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bali was truly unforgettable and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed in the stunning lobby with refreshing towels and drinks, while enjoying a breathtaking view.

The Cliff Villa was undoubtedly the highlight of our Bali trip. It offered an incredible level of comfort with high-quality amenities, and the private 15-meter pool was simply amazing.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding and left nothing to be desired. We also had the option of enjoying breakfast in the privacy of our villa, which was a wonderful experience and allowed us to start each day in the most relaxed way possible.

Our butler, Hadi, was always available and quick to fulfill any request, from bringing yoga mats to the villa to arranging personalized touches throughout our stay. Special thanks also to Yurika and the entire team for their exceptional service, which made our stay truly memorable.

The housekeeping and turndown service were impeccable, with every detail attended to. Additionally, the convenience of buggies available throughout the property made it easy and enjoyable to explore the beautiful grounds.

The Ritz-Carlton Bali is a true paradise, and we can’t wait to return. Huge thanks to Hadi, Yurika, and the entire team for making our stay so special!

It was a pleasure to stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali from October 28th to October 30th and I felt the warmth and patience of the staff during my stay, from check-in to dining at BEJANA, as well as the wait staff at the pool and the service at the SENSE breakfast. I am sorry to have met many warm people but did not remember the names, but some I remembered and some things I remembered.
1.first, the most impressive is my stay housekeeper yenny, very careful and thoughtful just checked into the hotel asked the child like what, I said the child likes to draw, we have to check out when the child sent the drawing materials, but also for the child to write a greeting card, is a very beautiful font and there are hand-painted flowers, The child loved the gift and asked me to tell her the content of the card (since she is only 2.5 years old and can't read yet 😁), I was very happy that she explained it to her and thanked me for taking care of her for the past two days.

2, the second at the same time also thank riz club ibu Nopi and ibu Trisna in the child in the club during the patience of the companion and we said that we will leave the hotel in the afternoon to fly to Jakarta also give us warm wishes, warm words always make people move.
3, October 30th at 1 o'clock in the gym on duty young man, I'm sorry I forgot your name, I pushed the car with the nanny ready to go from the first floor across the spa this building to the photo studio to choose the photo, but this building does not have an elevator he was very active and enthusiastic to help us carry the child's stroller directly up the stairs.

I am very grateful, in this journey for us to provide services to you, in fact, many people maybe we only have a one-sided relationship, perhaps seen this time after perhaps will not meet, but these warm people and warm things will give this period of time we left good memories, thanks to meet, because you have the meaning of this trip. Before choosing Riz to stay, I had actually compared ayana and kempinski, but finally I chose Riz, and it proves that my decision to choose Riz is correct, I think this is inseparable from Rits' hotel management and the management's excellent management skills. At the same time I mentioned above he/she will be Riz's business card, I believe that Riz gives the stage to these excellent staff, they can give back and consolidate the Riz brand with greater efforts. This is the first time I am writing so many heartfelt feelings, I am willing to spend this time because I want to they should be seen, and lastly, I wish Riz is getting better and better, and I wish all of you who are working in Riz is getting better and better.
