Tina gave us the best and most amazing experience at the Ritz. She used to check up on us everyday making sure we are having a good honeymoon. Thank you for your awesome service :) Tina you made our experience better. The hotel roos. were clean and everyone was very hospitable. Restaurants at the Ritz were delicious and overall great experience.

We recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Bali for a family holiday, and it was truly the best stay we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made our wedding anniversary celebration unforgettable.

We were delighted to receive a room upgrade to The Pavilion, which was absolutely stunning. As part of the special anniversary celebration, we were surprised with a delicious cake and a beautiful fruit platter upon our arrival—an incredibly thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay.

Traveling with two young children (a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old) can be challenging, but the entire resort was extremely accommodating to our needs. From the thoughtful amenities provided to our kids to the family-friendly atmosphere, it was clear that The Ritz-Carlton goes above and beyond to ensure comfort for families.

The true highlight of our experience was our butler, Stella. She made our stay even more extraordinary with her exceptional service. Her dedication and professionalism made us feel truly cared for, and I cannot thank her enough for making this trip so special.

This was our first time staying at The Ritz-Carlton Bali, but it definitely won’t be our last. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a luxurious, family-friendly experience with world-class service.

The entire visit here began on a sour note. We had stayed two years ago and anxiously awaited another stay. The woman checking us in was not professional at all. She informed us we hadn't purchased the breakfast option and gave the price for the buffet. I was shocked. If one can stay here, I doubt there is an issue with the cost of breakfast. She informed us we had to be out at 12:00 pm. The check in is 3:00 pm. We arrived at 3:20 from a 35 hour voyage and our room wasn't ready! I was furious especially after the way she had treated us. About 4:00 we were taken to a room. It was by the children's playground. I insisted we be moved. At 5:00 pm, we finally had a room and our luggage and the ability to shower and change clothing. The staff we had before was gone. The rooms are nice, although there is mold in many places, especially in the shower. The new staff had no clue as to what to do. Most couldn't speak any English, but they pretended they understood. I was so very disappointed. The grounds are gorgeous. The monkeys are all gone. The hotel survives with the extravagant weddings. They have a chapel by the water. They use a large lawn for the entertainment. The amount spent on decorating it is exorbitant. There is a lot of walking from rooms to the facilities, but they have carts that will drive you. The spa is quite lovely and the women do a very good job. I would recommend it. The Beach restaurant obviously lost its chef. My husband ordered a steak. It was paper thin and incinerated. He'd asked for medium! The service was very poor. Why does one serve something that is obviously not right? There were many unruly children screaming and running around. Although, no one can smoke inside they smoke in the parameters and with the doors and windows open it's unpleasant.

Room tip: Do not stay by the children's playground!

My family and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Bali for a total of 10 nights and were totally amazed. It's in an (even more) quiet place in Nusa Dua, but still in good distance of anything you might want to visit. After the second night we were upgraded to a (very large) Ritz Carlton Suite very close to the pool and beach because of a wedding party that was planned for the next night on the yard in front of our initial room. We really enjoyed the upgrade! Also, I would really like to thank all of the lovely ladies at the Ritz Kids Club: our children loved it and couldn't wait to go there every single day. Overall, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Be sure to dine at the hotel itself, especially the buffet dinner at Bejana.
As far as I am concerned, it was the best stay during our 3 week trip to Bali and will definitely return should we visit "the Island of the Gods" again.

Room tip: Wonderful for young(er) kids. Try to get a room a bit closer to the beach.

After a week of travelling in Bali I booked the last couple of nights at the Ritz Carlton. It did not disappoint.

We were welcomed and greeted by name. And introduced to our butler Fellix who upon check in showed us to our beautiful Pavilion villa suite (thank you for the MB Elite recognition and room upgrade!) which was located close to the beach. He was attentive and took care of us during the stay.

Pavilion suit is a gorgeous space with our own pool and outdoor shower. The room is well appointed and I cannot start to describe how comfortable the bed was.

Breakfast is a feast. Amazing spread and extremely filling! We also tried the Grill by the beachside and was very well looked after by the delightful waitress Diwa who served us. Second night we dined at Bejana and had a sumptuous Indonesian cuisine. This time waitress April was able to introduce the culinary experience.

Spa and gym were great. As were the Sauna/Hot tub which are worth the trip. Morning Yoga by the chapel over looking the sea is lovely way to start the day.

Overall a great stay and I would recommend this hotel. Very special. Very memorable and I will be back for sure. Thank you team

Absolutely phenomenal experience and service. EVERYTHING was great and the attention to detail from staff to beautiful grounds was outstanding.

This is our 2nd time to Bali and we stayed at many other Marriott properties (which are all amazing, so you can’t go wrong) but if you a deciding between the Ritz-Carlton or another hotel, save time and book the Ritz-Carlton.

The 1 bedroom garden villa was AMAZING, just check out the pictures. Thank you Ritz-Carlton for a suite night upgrade as we have not been too lucky lately with other high end Marriott hotels given the changes to the nightly awards program but they really took care of me (I am Titanium). So if you are looking to visit here off-peak, you might get lucky! We can’t wait to come back again to this property as it’s now our favorite Bali resort.

Prisalina? at the front desk and Howard, our butler were exceptional—they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Howard was able to secure us reservations as needed and coordinate with the front desk to resolve any issues.

The SPA! WOW! We did the Island Symphony 90 minutes with 2 masseuses to each of us and Merta, Tari, Ani, and Ria were OUTSTANDING! After done with the full body massage, my fiancée and I both agreed it was the BEST massage we both ever had. Totally worth it—don’t be discouraged by the price. The spa facilities were top notch as well, we enjoyed the Hydropool (the water is cold so once we adjusted it was fine). In addition to the Hydropool, there’s also a nice Balinese pool couples can enjoy together.

Food: Breezes was our favorite and we went there for lunch and dinner. Ria our Hostess was so friendly, Weda to Catur always were smiling and providing very welcoming service. Even Denny’s the manager, came up to us to double check on the GF regarding our potatoes, so we appreciated the attention to detail since the potatoes would be cooked slightly with flour. And we received a desert surprise (the pudding, strawberries, and chocolate was delicious), and Lanang, one of the chefs, came out to greet us and chat with us. Honestly amazing experience all around and the live music was a nice touch.

Beach Grill was equally just as great, the strip sirloin and grilled prawns were cooked perfectly and service was good. Make sure you book the sunset hours early so you can secure a table as the sunsets are very nice on this side of the island.

The hotel also has activities like bonfires where you can make smores and other things, so check those out too if you have the time.

Room tip: Service, room, grounds, SPA, photography are amazing, try to go off-peak, very popular hotel (look at the reviews) w/ lots of weddings
