An Unforgettable Honeymoon Destination

The staff at the Ritz Carlton Bali were amazing! Wisnu provided exceptional service and was very responsive, even on his day off. Yurika made our honeymoon stay extra special, by arranging an incredible Garden View villa, which was unforgettable. The villa views, private pool, soaking tub, and huge bed were standouts. Overall the villa was large and impressive. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The variety and quality of the food was very high. We will definitely return to the Ritz Carlton Bali the next time we visit! I would definitely recommend to a friend. Many thanks Wisnu and Yurika for all of your efforts! You made our stay truly special.

Ritz Carlton Bali the highlight of our 5 weeks Asia vacation

What a fantastic vacation at the Ritz Carlton, Bali, with a very special thank you to Ivannie from Guest Relations and Gabriel, Manager from Food and Beverage. The Ritz Carlton, Bali was our final stop on a 5 week vacation across Asia, visiting Japan, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia. Ivannie reached out multiple times checking on our staying offering recommendations and assistance. I mentioned one evening that we were out celebration my birthday and when we retuned to our suite Ivannie had arranged balloons and a special desert and gift, truly a highlight to a special evening. We enjoyed a daily breakfast, buffet was amazing with a variety specialty foods. We spent a couple of days enjoying the pool and private beach, fantastic service, food and drinks, again thank you Gabriel. Overall an amazing 5 week vacation with the Ritz Carlton Bali, being the highlight of our stay, with a very special thank you to Ivannie for making it very special and memorable.

excellent hotel and service

We stayed at the villa and the hotel was beautiful. The service was outstanding, we were very well looked after by our buttler Felix. Felix was so helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. We stayed for 4 days and we will be back again because we were very impressed with the service and the view of the beautiful, clean hotel and the beautiful beach.

Memorial Summer Vacation

スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしく、とても快適で素敵な時間が過ごせました。
特に高台にあるロビーからの絶景で風が気持ちよく、そこでずっと過ごせるほどです。
レストランも素晴らしく、特に朝食で様々な国の料理があり良かったです。
Ms.Ivannieを始め、スタッフの皆様に感謝申し上げます。

The staff was wonderful and made us feel very comfortable and wonderful.
The view from the lobby, especially from the elevated lobby, is spectacular and the breeze is so nice that you could spend the whole time there.
The restaurant was also excellent, especially the breakfast, which had a variety of international dishes.
Thank you to Ms. Ivannie and all the staff.

Luxurious and peaceful

Wonderful experience from start to finish (stayed for 5 days), highlighting the hotel’s exceptional service and attention to detail. Here are some key aspects that really stand out;

Excellent Service: The friendly and attentive service, especially from Miss Hertina. It seems that the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay special, even providing gifts and ensuring we were well-cared for throughout.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: It's impressive that the hotel maintains its pristine appearance even after events. This speaks highly of their dedication to keeping the environment pleasant for guests.

Spacious Room: The Sawangan junior suite, especially the walk-in closet, the separate bathtub and shower, adds to the luxury feel of the stay. The twice-daily housekeeping service and attention to our needs only enhance that experience.

Dining Options: The wide variety of cuisines offered, along with great service at the restaurants, especially at Breezes with a personal touch from the acoustic performance, paints a vivid picture of the dining experience. It’s clear that food lovers like me would find the breakfast at Senses a highlight.

Relaxing Atmosphere: The peaceful environment of the Ritz-Carlton Bali provided a perfect retreat after our time in the vibrant Kuta Legian, allowing me and my husband to fully unwind before returning to work. We enjoyed the sunrise moment by the beach.

Suggestion: My idea for an open-air cinema by the pool or beach would indeed add a unique and memorable experience for future guests.

Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant and luxurious stay, with thoughtful service and attention to detail throughout. It’s a great endorsement of the hotel for those seeking a peaceful and high-quality retreat.
