Best Resort Experience Ever

The Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua stands out as the best resort that I’ve ever experienced. The property is impeccable, the rooms are large and spacious. But the true star of this resort is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, and far more prompt than at any other resort that I’ve stayed. Special thanks to Giwang, who is a true angel. When my guest was sick, she sent a pot of ginger tea and a very sweet note. She constantly checked on us to see how we were doing and how she could support. She was amazing!

Thank you for a phenomenal experience! I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali

We blew it out on this one. This was for my 50th birthday so we decided we wanted luxury. We booked a suite with a private pool and outdoor bathroom. Talk about being spoiled! Our butler, Howard, was amazing. The entire concierge staff was wonderful. We were assisted with airport transfers, excursions, reservations, etc. All I had to do was text and it was handled. Our room was amazing! The bed slept quite well, the pillows were soft, the layout was nice and the view was paradise. Food on site was amazing as well. We couldn’t have asked for more. Our spa experience was lovely as well. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about the RC in Nusa Dua. If we are ever able to travel to Bali again, we will definitely return to the RC!

Where do I start? From the moment we arrived at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, it was clear that this would be a vacation like no other. Our family visited this stunning resort in June, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Every aspect of our stay was flawless, from the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the immaculate service throughout our visit.

A Grand Welcome: Luxury from the First Moment

As soon as we stepped out of our car, we were greeted with refreshing hand towels and a welcome drink, a small gesture that immediately set the tone for our stay. The staff at The Ritz-Carlton were all smiles, offering impeccable service that made us feel valued and pampered. At the reception, we were thrilled to receive a room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. After checking in, we enjoyed a complimentary drink in the lounge, soaking in the luxurious ambiance before being escorted to our room on a charming trolley.

Our room was located in Block A, ideally situated near the beach and the pool. The accommodation was nothing short of spectacular, combining elegance with comfort. The décor was tasteful, and the room was spacious, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and lush surroundings. The proximity to the beach and pool made it convenient for our family to enjoy the resort’s prime amenities, and we spent countless hours relaxing by the water.

The entire resort is a visual feast, with beautifully landscaped gardens, pristine pools, and stunning architecture that reflects the natural beauty of Bali. The gym was a highlight for us – superbly equipped, impeccably clean, and offering everything one could need for a good workout. Whether you wanted to engage in a full fitness routine or simply stay active, the gym provided a perfect environment.

The room attendants went above and beyond to ensure that our room was always in perfect condition. Each time we returned from an outing, the room felt magical – perfectly organized with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a sanctuary. A special thank you to Made in Room Operations, whose attentive service made us feel truly cared for.

We were also deeply touched by the exceptional kindness of Claudia. I had accidentally left behind some expensive medical creams in our room after checkout. Claudia not only found them but also offered to post them to me in London, which she did with the utmost care. This level of service is a rare find and truly exemplifies the dedication of the Ritz-Carlton staff to their guests.

All in all my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali was unforgettable and now I have holiday blues. The resort is a paradise in every sense, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. From the beautifully maintained facilities to the outstanding staff, every detail was designed to create an exceptional experience.

We will undoubtedly return to Nusa Dua, and without question, we will be staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. If you are looking for a place where every moment feels special, where service is unparalleled, and where you can truly relax and unwind, this is the place to be. I felt great as a Titanium Loyalty member too. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable – we cannot wait to return!

There are so many reviews saying how the hotel staffs are so friendly, and I assumed it was just the usual Indonesian hospitality, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone from the front desk, cleaning crew, restaurant waiters and chefs really went out of their way to make sure you are being taken care of.
I stayed at multiple 5-star resorts during this trip, but none of the other hotels’ staffs can compare to Ritz Carlton. Props to Ritz Carlton management training their crew so well.

At the pricier end for hotels in Bali, but I’d say it was a very worthwhile experience. Definitely will consider returning the next time I’m in town.

Room tip: Breakfast at Bejana restaurant is less crowded with better view.

Stayed in Bali Ritz Carlton for our honeymoon for a week in July. In the same trip, we returned to stay again for the last two nights at the end of our trip before we departed Bali because the service and the hotel was impeccable!

I’ve stayed in many 5* star hotels across the world but the hospitality and the warmth from all the hotel staff was the best. All the staff were full of smiles and always ready to assist.

Want to give a special thank you to Dini at the front desk. On our second stay, Dini organised lovely decorations for our room with rose petals, balloons and a happy honeymoon cake. We got free drinks at the restaurant as they were preparing our room. She escorted us to our room and made us very welcome. She then sent small gifts and a traditional indonesian layer cake. Thank you very much Dini.

When we returned we were delighted to see the same staff who made us feel very welcome.
Special thank you to Ayu, Patmi, Hendra and Yudis at breakfast who warmly welcomed us again and went above and beyond to serve us with whatever we wanted. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious, food from around the world. One of the best buffet breakfast yet. Food always restocked, never empty. The staff are truly an asset to the hotel.

Esa & Ema who were full of smiles despite organising the guests during peak breakfast hours.

Chef Lanang who was very friendly and made us an on the house delicious dessert again.

Really enjoyed the food at all the various restaurants. Gita & Rossi at Bejana were great. Fresh and very tasty.

The hotel resort is huge and the sunset at beach was beautiful. Spacious beach, enough space for all the guest so it didn’t feel cramped. There's a buggy service if you need to take you to the apartment. However, we enjoyed the walk most of the time.

The resort has a calm, scenic garden. The hotel is very clean. Its also about 30mins from the airport which was great.

Thank you for giving us a memorable honeymoon!

Chef Made and Howard and the whole team were absolutely incredible. Amazing service, unbelievably helpful on all fronts. We had an amazing experience at this amazing hotel.

They catered for our every need and always with a smile. Howard helped plan our day trips on point, every time.
