As soon as we stepped out of our car, we were greeted with refreshing hand towels and a welcome drink, a small gesture that immediately set the tone for our stay. The staff at The Ritz-Carlton were all smiles, offering impeccable service that made us feel valued and pampered. At the reception, we were thrilled to receive a room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. After checking in, we enjoyed a complimentary drink in the lounge, soaking in the luxurious ambiance before being escorted to our room on a charming trolley.
Our room was located in Block A, ideally situated near the beach and the pool. The accommodation was nothing short of spectacular, combining elegance with comfort. The décor was tasteful, and the room was spacious, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and lush surroundings. The proximity to the beach and pool made it convenient for our family to enjoy the resort’s prime amenities, and we spent countless hours relaxing by the water.
The entire resort is a visual feast, with beautifully landscaped gardens, pristine pools, and stunning architecture that reflects the natural beauty of Bali. The gym was a highlight for us – superbly equipped, impeccably clean, and offering everything one could need for a good workout. Whether you wanted to engage in a full fitness routine or simply stay active, the gym provided a perfect environment.
The room attendants went above and beyond to ensure that our room was always in perfect condition. Each time we returned from an outing, the room felt magical – perfectly organized with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a sanctuary. A special thank you to Made in Room Operations, whose attentive service made us feel truly cared for.
We were also deeply touched by the exceptional kindness of Claudia. I had accidentally left behind some expensive medical creams in our room after checkout. Claudia not only found them but also offered to post them to me in London, which she did with the utmost care. This level of service is a rare find and truly exemplifies the dedication of the Ritz-Carlton staff to their guests.
All in all my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali was unforgettable and now I have holiday blues. The resort is a paradise in every sense, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. From the beautifully maintained facilities to the outstanding staff, every detail was designed to create an exceptional experience.
We will undoubtedly return to Nusa Dua, and without question, we will be staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali.
