This property and service were amazing to the details. I have stayed in many great hotels in Bali but this is the best. Big size room with terrace. Quiet. All necessary amenities already available in the room that make you feel at home. The staffs are helpful, friendly and helpful. I love the coffee machine with illy coffee capsul in the room, nothing's better than real coffee aroma in the morning.

We just returned from four days of holiday in Bali and loved our entire experience at this Ritz Carlton property.

We enjoyed everything from our room (one was upgraded to the Ritz Carlton suite) to the pool to the food.

We were taken care of poolside every day. We had a great experience with the restaraunt near the pool called Breezes. The manager on duty checked on us every time we were there and was always helpful. The singer at dinner was also great. She sang "Let it Go" from Frozen for my daughter (her favorite song).

We also enjoyed the sushi restaraunt. The food and service was excellent.

The way the kids were treated was fabulous. We bought a package that made each of the kids meals free for the duration of the stay. They loved the chicken fingers, hamburgers and french fries.

I would recommend this for anyone traveling with or without children.

This is my first time i. Ritz carlton bali. As i've been to the others before. The ambience was really nice And especially the cake is very nice. Will come back here Again soon with my family next time.
