Fantastic Customer Service

First of all, I would like to mention that, yes, there's a new hotel being constructed next door to Ritz-Carlton. However, contrary to other customers' reviews, the sound-proofing in the rooms were very good. My baby daughter slept very well even with the construction on-going. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, This is also a very kids-friendly hotel. Absolutely loved staying here with my family.
Only problem is the location of the hotel which is a bit off the beaten track. If you plan to visit places in Bali, this hotel may be a bit far away. The beach also had seaweed on the surf so was not pleasant to swim in. But the swimming pools were more than adequate.

Our Ritz Kids is a perfect and ideal place for all the children (and the parents too) to immerse in various fun learning activities and focusing on the four pillars of the Ritz Kids worldwide program. We encourage children and parents to engage and interact with their surroundings in a fresh and exciting way, while introducing them to the four important pillars of the program; Water, Land, Environmental Responsibility and Culture. There is a wide range of activities to choose from such as Kite flying exercises, feeding fishes, baby turtles releases, and cooking classes to graduate as a “Master Chef”.

The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is located in Nusa Dua area which takes around 25 minutes driving from the airport. Private cars are available for rent at the hotel or taxi can also be very easy to arrange in case our guests would like to visit the surroundings or other parts of the island.

I've been stay for many hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali
but I falling in love with Ritz Carlton Hotel view,
totally love with their sea view and have friendly staff who always have smile for you.

Even I just drive my team here, but I like enjoying swimming here with one glass of fresh orange juice.

Hopefully next time in Bali, I could stay more longer here.

I have been to a few memorable luxury resorts, among the best are Banyan Tree in Sanya, Ritz and Hilton at the same place, but this place really makes me feel good. The staff are friendly and helpful: they made sure they remember your name (imagine walking around, and suddenly people you never met greet you by the name), they asked around where you are going and if you need help when they see you (for foreigner it is probably very much appreciated), and in general they serve you with smile. Room quality and amenities are excellent (well they are only 2 months old when I visit them though), a Ritz usual standard. I would be interested to come again after a year or two to see how they maintain the standard :)
I stayed at a Pool Villa and this is exquisite, with the pool right outside your patio overlooking the central garden. Very peaceful. There was a construction on the lot next to Ritz but the sound insulation was excellent in room. Buggy wait is within 5 minutes which is great (some other places I had to wait for 20-30 minutes) - even I saw the occupancy is pretty high.
Restaurants are pretty good quality - been to the grill and beach bar, and they are great. The Senses - that's the café and general breakfast place, is crowded, but I think just enough seat for the many guests. One complaint if any is the egg station - see, I judge service of this kind of place by how they manage the egg service, as it is about the most tedious to cook on order for so many people. They took my order, said to me to come back 15 minutes later only to find out that my egg went to those who apparently stood there to wait. Not good at all.
Club House is great and very nice - if you can afford it, this is a very good place to have breakfast instead of the Senses. Service is there, some signature dishes included, but of course you will pay a couple of hundred more for the convenience. I think I will just skip breakfast next time! (although the Club House could also be your destination for free drinks and snacks at other time but at that price, I'd go to the beach bar everyday and laze around!)
Overall, I would rate this resort worthy for its services and property, some improvement in value, but this is worth trying for couples, family, and for some occasional solo traveler like me!!! :D

It is truly a valuable feedback to know that you had excellent experience at the different facilities starting from our Pool Pavilion, buggy service, Club lounge facility as well as the different restaurants (I can see that your favorite restaurants were our two beachfront restaurants: The Beach Grill and Breezes Tapas Lounge).

Very friendly staffs. Very nice ambience. Amazing place to stay. The beach is so nice. Love the room, very clean and natural, with a touch of modern tech. Dinner in the Beach Grill was amazing. Definitely worth it. Coming back soon.

My wife and I recently returned from a 10 day honeymoon to the Ritz-Bali. The resort in Bali is something magical. I spent months planning our trip, reading reviews, and trying to figure out where we would spend our most special occasion. I must say, we were both extremely impressed with the property, the people, and everything about Bali. The Ritz-Bali was a wise choice and I want to share some of our experience about our visit.

First and foremost, the pictures online don't do this resort justice. Everything from the lobby, the restaurants, the beach area, pool area, and rooms are breathtaking. Every attention to detail is covered, and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating to each and every need. My wife and I felt a real connection to the staff and had a great time spending days by the pool and eating at the restaurants on site.

We stayed in the Ritz Carlton suite with lagoon access. The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Absolutely stunning. The turn down service, room service, and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The staff went out of their way to recognize our honeymoon and we felt very special during our stay in this room.

We spent our non sightseeing days by the pool. The staff at the pool is incredible. We really enjoyed interacting with Arsa, Giovanni, Juni, Dwija, Wara, and Dewa. What a pleasure getting to know the staff and hearing about the history of the area, the culture of Bali, and learning more about their friends and family. Arsa and Giovanni spent time really getting to know my wife and I. They were welcoming, polite, accommodating and extremely helpful in everything from suggesting activities and sights to see to making dinner reservations at restaurants. Both men assisted us in making dinner reservations at restaurants on site during times that had the best views of the Bali sunsets.

The check in and concierge staff was fantastic as well. We utilized the guest desk to arrange both group and private tours. Omar at the concierge was very helpful during our stay as well! I would recommend utilizing the concierge for needs during your stay. We didn't have a plan for the 10 days, and they were able to help fill the time quickly with many activities!

We utilized the restaurants each day on the property. The morning breakfast was awesome. The spread and service from the staff was very welcoming. In the afternoon and evenings, we went to the various dining spots. All of them were awesome, including the sushi restaurant at the top of the resort!

Finally, we were extremely impressed with Karim (GM) and the rest of the management team. Karim approached us on our first day at the pool and introduced himself and shared his love for his family travel and the RC brand. It was great to see him out and about on the property and engaged with the guests and his staff.

An incredible journey that we won't soon forget. "It's not goodbye, but see you soon!"

Room tip: Book a room with Lagoon access - junior or regular suite, you can't go wrong!

Looking for a weekend get away to recharge and reconnect~ Bali Ritz Carlton tops the charts. Gorgeous people, sensational dishes and service that will go above and beyond to make your holiday one to cherish till your golden years. Ritz's beaches are also a place where sea turtles come to lay their eggs. The moon shines over you while you dine and the sea breeze is always blowing.
