Love Inaya !

We stayed at Inaya for 8 nights. The place is really well kept, the gardens are beautiful, the rooms are nice and clean and are quite spacious. Highly recommend.

Positives:
-The pool and garden area - plenty of spots to catch some sun!
-Beach is close by - plenty of seats
-The restaurants on site and live entertainment was a bonus!
- The spa service
-Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet
-Bali collection is within a walking distance
- The staff are super friendly, great hospitality! We were always greeted with a smile and they are quick to respond to any queries.

Improvements
- Watersport activities could be a little cheaper
- The pool bathrooms could do with regular cleaning during the day, as they were quite slippery and grimy.

We really enjoyed our time at Inaya and would love to come back !

Luxury hotel with economic value

Stayed 2 times in their ocean view suites! Worth every penny! Breakfast was amazing and options of good restaurant! Walking distance to shopping centre! Couple of options of swimming pool and they all very large swimming pool, only downside of this property is there are too many chinese tourist overflowing the swimming pool busy taking pictures when they are not even staying in the hotel, apparently they come with tour! But don’t mind to comeback again!

The hotel misleads with photos on websites, rooms are old, Michael duty manager rude rude

We wanted to cancel the room and go to another hotel. Michael duty manager first agreed to provide refund and cancel, then started to be rude, declined to provide his full name, email, contact information to senior management. He told me he is senior management and he will decide where we will sleep. Please read other comments before booking. It was birthday of my girlfriend, didn't have time to take all photos.

Our team has been made aware of your feedback and we have actually granted your wish for early departure. However, from the information we gathered, in the end you decided to decline the cancellation and requested for a free room upgrade to three higher room category instead, which unfortunately we are unable to provide.

Best Value Luxury Escape Deal

Inaya Putri Bali was so relaxing. Even with a high occupancy- there is plenty of room.
3 different pool areas. Beach straight in front of the Hotel. Service at the pool was incredible. Mohitos and Daiquiri was 2 for $20. Breakfast view was great.
This is a place to unwind. Loved the poolside connected to the room.
I would go back.

Good hotel

What I did like: Quite clean and spacious room, also cozy and with a nice design. Beach was also the best comparing to others in surrounding area. Breakfast was good, never starved during ny stay. 5 min walk From Bali collection stores.
What I didn't like: Gym is quite small and almost with no equipment, but if you are alone inside you can survive. Ping pong table is situated in a poor place which is dirty and constrained, that’s why not very pleasurable to spend time playing table tennis.
