This best hotel in Bali.. On Feb 22 to Feb 25 I was stay there cost is best reasonable. Service is amazing.. I want highlight Receptionist and one more Called Rai who help us lot with guidance and they speak good English. People from India can stay is very good hotel.. Very near to many place and it's villa which ur getting is better than hotel room.. Thanks to best western kuta villaMore
I stayed here for 5 nights and everything about this place was great. Room was nice and clean. Staff was courteous and Helpful. Breakfast was nice with needed variety. The Hotel is located a little inside so may be a little difficult to locate.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. We love the room, the outdoor shower and the bathroom. Everything is just great. Staff were not communicative, they smile but not greet the guest like most of hoteliers do. The rest of it was amazing
the hotel is located in a very strategic area and easy access using taxi or gojek. the room is is spacious with outdoor bathtub which really convenience considering i'am traveling with my 1 yo child. the staff is very nice and helpful. breakfast taste need to be improved. beside that everything is perfect.

Booked this hotel several months ago for a 2 night stay in Kuta. Room was £40 for 2nights. Was hard to find hotel, even for taxi driver from airport as not signposted from main road, and down a dark side street. Didn’t realise the room was 1.6km out of town, long horrible walk out of town on broken pavements.
Put clothes in laundry, less than 1.5kilos. When we picked it up the following day we were charged £25!! (Today at another resort 3kilos cost £3!) To make matters worse I had to return 3items as were not washed properly and get some money back for these.
Our room must have been opposite a staff sleeping room because from 5:30am they were chatting loudly, giggling and banging doors.
The room was actually nice as was the outdoor bathroom, although pointless having a bath of the hot water stops quickly.
Very disappointed with the stay here, especially as there are so many other places in kuta to stay that would be more central and cheaper.

the room is clean , nice place to stay with your love ones , you got an bathup and shower seperately , delicious food , good servicew warm smile than anyone place i've visited in bali. i booked for a room 2days and we had a incredible holiday. the place is near by the foods - handgifts - the airport it takes only 5minutes and to the beach (kuta beach - 66 beach ) through Jl. Mataram then Legian it takes only 10minutes by motorcycles. i will be back again to this place in Feb or March 2018
