This hotel is int he heart of Kuta. Many shops around, plus restaurants.
They offer great breakfast and great swimming pool.

I hope the beach is much closer, but of course we can not do anything about it. Overall, great stay, we had nice 4-nights of sleep, and we enjoy the spacious room.

Room Tip: Great with Pool Views and Far from Noisy places

Stayed 14 nights in family 2 bed 2 bath.
Rooms spotlessly clean and air con throughout. Housekeeping faultless every day, clean towels daily and bedding changed regularly. The staff here work very hard to keep all the guests happy and are always polite.
The breakfast has more than enough selection to have something different every few days, it can get busy around 9-10 trying to find a table so we started using the sports bar tables where it was quiet.
Ate in the Black Stump Steak house two nights, as you can see the chefs cooking in the open kitchen i noticed the one cooking one of our dishes nasi goreng he dropped the cooking utensil on the floor and picked it up and carried on using it! On another occasion we ordered fresh fruit slushes for the kids and the bar staff opened frozen bags of fruit and to defrost were literally breaking chunks off and throwing straight into the bar sink were the fruit was scattered around the taps etc then picked out of the sink and into a white lid bucket.
I would have scored an excellent review had it not been for the hygiene issues in the bar and kitchen and our bedrooms backed onto the staff scooter parking area where beginning around 5.30AM they start to arrive. It was like "whacky races"!

Booked a 3 night stay in a 3 bedroom apartment.book in time was 2pm, room was not ready until 2.45pm. Got to our apartment and as soon as we opened the door there was a strong smell of sewerage, contacted maintenance and they were unable to fix, the next day management were kind enough to upgrade us to the penthouse which was very nice.toilets between sports bar and restaurant were dirty and also 1 of these toilets glass door was missing and covered up with cardboard and sticky tape, my friends and I felt staff didn't appear very happy, which I find unusual as I have stayed at many hotels in Bali over 30yrs and usually the staff are happy and chatty and interact with customers but not here, it could be that due to so many apartments they are too busy. Check out was very slow took 45mins. The Brazilian Aussie BBQ was really nice

We stayed here for our last 2.5 days in Bali after spending most of our time in the remote north west of the Island. Horrified on arrival where something resembling a chook raffle was going on with a loud compare & drunken Aussies and screaming kids abound. Luckily the next night was slightly quieter but not much better (screaming kids still in full force). To give credit, the 2 bedroom apartment was clean and had comfortable beds. We had a stinking kitchen sink that smelt of raw sewerage that was fixed as soon as we reported it. The staff are very friendly and we really enjoyed the steaks. It was strange that a "self contained" apartment contained no dish cloth or dishwashing liquid (you had to request dishwashing liquid?) and very little to self cater with. The list of cutlery & crockery breakage/stealing charges was interesting however we can understand why it is imposed as with the check your room when you check out scenario to make sure you have been honest with the mini bar or haven't stolen/broken something. Understandable but defiantly not for us and we were happy to leave. There were plenty of people obviously enjoying themselves immensely but if it is peace and quiet you are after then do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Room Tip: Go to another hotel!

I have stayed at kuta townhouse apartments with family and friends 2 times, once in the family 2 bedroom+2 bath and once in the 3 bedroom+3 bath apartment.
This is a very good hotel and a lot of Australian families stay here.
I have had friends stay multiple times as well and we all really like this place.
The staff are nice, there is 2 very good money changers(Freddy) and 2 tour desks.
4 pools onsite, gym and 2 restaurants which are very good(Brazilian BBQ and black stump steak house)
There is a mini mart just at the front of the hotel.
The hotel is in a very good location for walking to different locations(beach/matahari/Legian road/poppies 2) by going through the small lanes/streets, but not very good for vehicles.
They have a buggy that does a designated circuit through/around kuta for drop off/pick up that operates to a time schedule, you may have to reserve if busy.
Very good hotel for families
