Fabulous 5 stars resort and great place to relax and unwind, stunning main swimming pool facing the valley
Nice main bar by the lobby for drinks and food
It’s definitely worth the paid money in this elegant place, had a great experience and I will come back again

This hotel suffers from a strong lack of identity:
If you have food allergies, I would reconsider booking as their kitchen is unclean. I ordered the vegan breakfast and the first bite of melon tasted of shrimp which tells me they don't use seperate chopping boards or wash their equipment. I also met a friend in town who had tried the food at the restaurant for brunch and dinner and he said it was "seriously disappointing."
If you plan on working here also reconsider. The internet is weak and cuts out frequently in the lower rooms and lobby area which makes zoom meetings and phone calls impossible.
The key cards to the room frequently stopped working.
They will lose your laundry. Which, in my case, meant missing a tour I had planned and paid for.
They allow large group bookings of families with kids, so if you're planning a romantic holiday, or just to unwind, there is a lot of screaming from dawn till dusk. You can also hear the children running around upstairs from your bed.
The staff haven't been trained to deal with simple hotel tasks and seem to panic when you ask for small things like an extra bottle of water or ordering a taxi.
☝The hotel is not within walking distance to anything, so either budget around $30 a day for taxis, or hire a bike in town.
⭐️ The balcony baths are beautiful
⭐️ The view from the pool is insta worthy
If you go in with very low expectations, this hotel will probably be ok for shorts stays. But there are some much better options for half the price on airbnb. Lesson learnt.

Room tip: Get something closer to town and you'll have a better experience.

Dear Jeremy,

Thank you very much for the time taking to express and share a very constructive feedback of your recent accommodation which shall be our top priority on improving the quality of service and paying more detail attention upon preparing our products. Please kindly accept our sincere apology for being not able to submit the laundry due time, for not having able to provide good connection of the WIFI, preparing good taste of fist lite bite , key card frequently stopped working and the staff have not been trained. We had strongly committed to strive all our effort to exceed our valued customer expectation, by conducting skill training, upgrading on some points of kitchen equipment's on which would be well done in couples of few weeks. Hopefully those kind of action plans could be able to turn away round of your mind to be kindly willing to have a return visit by the near future with the upgraded hotel facilities.

Best regards

Stay here for 3 night, the hospitality was excellent.
We reached here at night so we didn't know the view, didn't expect anything, but when we wake up in the morning, we really amazed with the breathtaking beautiful view.
Certainly will come back and stay here.

Great resort.. amazing view.

The pool is awesome, viewing to the mountain or jungle (?) . Very romantic place, you should stay here if you are on honeymoon.

The room is clean, and also the view incredible. Staff is nice and very helpfull. Bath up at the balcony is the amazing thing in this resort.

The price is well! Amazing! Cant wait to be back!

Room tip: You can book this resort directly from their web, its cheaper!
