During checkin, the staff told me that I was upgraded from superior to deluxe, only to find that deluxe room didn’t have a balcony, while the superior room did.Lol
The buffet breakfast was just ok
The hotel is very clean. Bath room is clean, towel bed, floor is using carpet which is look five star. Nice place to stay. Very recommended. The staffs are very friendly. For sure we will be back to stay at the same hotel.
Worth its price, found many locals are staying for the weekend, pool a bit crowd in the afternoon, the room is clean, bed are comfortable (we booked twin bed) everything was working perfectly, recommended for shor or long stay, the location just right in center of Denpasar. Would love to be come again one day

Overall very satisfied. The hotel is clean, all staff are very polite. Just a little disappointed because I got a room that does not match the description, luckily the receptionist explained politely.
All the staffs were super friendly and met more than our expectations. The environment was also great, centrally located. Almost all the staffs could speak English, so conversation was easy. The breakfast was also great with changing menus every day. Would highly recommend staying here.
