The hotel is poorly maintained, the A/c in our room didn't really work... We were sweating the whole night, the channels on tv were only the free ones, and the mattress was the worst ever. We woke up with body and back aches... Had a long drive ahead of us... So we took combiflam - medication to battle the soreness caused by the mattress.
Plus points were very clean washroom and freshly prepared good food and drinks, polite staff.

We are aware of the air conditioning situation while your stay as we had an unusual power supply problem which caused malfunction to all the a/c's in the hotel. We have generator backup and other systems in place, except for this unique issue. We've fixed that and also implemented a new system in place to avoid that in the future. Looking for a calm and beautiful dine in resturent? Then Surya Kaiser Palace will be top on my recommendation list. Located in post area of the town, this place has vibrant vibe and abundant in greenery.
Talking about the indoor of the palace, it's very clean n mesmerising. Eye pleasing flowerpots all around, with lots of beautiful infrastructure.
We tried a lot of news items from the menu. So let's have a look on that.
1. Cream of Broccoli- So creamy in taste with rich in taste of fresh Broccolis. Perfect consistency.
2. Creamy Cucumber Salad- Fresh and soo creamy in texture. Was on a sweeter side of taste bud because of rainins added and sweet yougurt.
Garnished with some chopped onions too.
3. Nutmeg Malai Broccoli- One of my favorite starter. Broccoli was flavored with cream cheese, cheese, cardamom powder and garam masala and then cooked in the oven until browned.
4. Cheese Spinach Quesadilla- Top of my recommendation list. Aptly stuffed with fresh hand-picked and perfectly cooked spinach. For me the combination of cheese and spinach was very interesting and new.
5. Loaded Nachos- A lot more improvement is required for this dish. Still it was crunchy n loaded with boiled n mashed kidney beans n chopped onions. Garnished with small amount of cheese.
6. Canton Special Kofta- Only for those who love sweet gravy in main course. It was very sweet, though the koftas were super soft n mouth melting.
7. Paneer Hyderabadi- A green coloured gravy based on curry leaved was okish in taste but the flavour of Currey leaves was overpowering the whole gravy.
8. Tomato Rice- Pleasant to eyes and flavourful to taste buds. Was very good in taste.
9. Date Pancakes- This was apple of my eye. Date filled pancakes, were very crisp and complemented with seaseme seeds and drizzled with honey.
A must try place for sure.
I have been to this hotel many times now for food. The service is always good and so is the food. The garden is beautiful and very nice to dine in the evening mostly we go to mangi ferry to sit and enjoy the vibe. I like the cajun chicken tikka.

I also tried some of their food which was very tasty and healthy too... I loved the creamy cucumber salad , broccoli soup which is very healthy.
I also loved the malai broccoli and their main course..
Best was the dates pancake.... will suggest you all to visit and enjoy their dining
Looking for a fine dine restaurant with beautiful ambience? Then Surya Kaiser Palace is the right place for you. Located in one of the chic areas of the city, this place is a beautiful blend of serenity and eminence.
Talking about the ambience, it was really mesmerizing. The place has an outstanding infrastructure. As the name suggests, it feels like a royal palace. The decor is so beautiful and intricate. Also, the place has an abundance of greenery which is very soothing to the eyes. The vibe here is so calm and comforting.
We tried the four course meal here and here's a detailed review.
MURGH ELAICHI KA SHORBA - It was an amazing chicken soup with the appropriate infusion of cardamom. The consistency was good with floating bits of cooked chicken with a perfect blend of flavours.
CREAM OF BROCCOLI - This soup was more on the sweeter taste palate. The soup was so creamy with the authentic taste of fresh broccolis. Highly recommended.❤️
SMOKED CHICKEN SALAD - This was my personal favourite. The salad was so wholesome with delicious smoked shredded chicken , veggies and lettuce. Highly recommended. ❤️
CREAMY CUCUMBER SALAD - This was nice but was not really meant for the Indian tastebud. It was very creamy and fresh though.
CAJUN SPICE CHICKEN TIKKA - Another one from my favourites' list is this rustic chicken tikka. The chicken pieces were very tender and flavourful. Highly recommended. ❤️
NUTMEG MALAI BROCCOLI - Making it to my favourites' list again is this creamy fresh brocoli dish. It was perfectly cooked and the flavour of nutmeg was outstanding. The broccolis would just melt in your mouth. Highly recommended. ❤️
CHEESE SPINACH QUESADILLA - This delicacy has my heart. The Quesadillas were pleasantly stuffed and cooked. The stuffing was so delicious. The combination of cheese and spinach was enthralling.
LOADED NACHOS - The seasoning in the nachos could have been better.
KORI GASSI - This is the show stopper in the main course menu. The curry was lip smacking and the chicken pieces were so tender and flavourful. Highly recommended. ❤️
CANTON SPECIAL KOFTA - For the vegetarians, this has to be the best pick. The gravy was pleasantly sweet and the koftas would just melt in your mouth. They served the paneer stuffed koftas which was awesome. Highly recommended. ❤️
PANEER HYDERABADI - It was an Andhra style delicacy with a strong flavour of mustard and curry leaves.
TOMATO RICE - It is a treat to your eyes as well as your tastebuds. It was very flavourful.
DATES PANCAKE - These were like a cherry on the top. The dates filled pancakes were crispy and very well complemented with sesame seeds and honey. Highly recommended. ❤️
Above all, the presentation and the serving portions for all the dishes were upto the mark.
All in all, we had an amazing time here. From the ambience to the food, from friendly staff service to top notch hospitality, this place is a mood. ❤️ Also, they follow all the COVID-19 safety guidelines issued by WHO so that you have a safe stay. Do visit here soon.
