We stayed here for 2 nights. No hot water on first night despite 4 calls to the reception and duty manager. Drain in bathrooms blocked (apparently not a new problem ). The overall Impression is that of a dated hotel. The restaurant service was good and range of food was good.More

We stay at the hotel and have Breakfast and Dinner at The Palate the food and service was excellent. I would like to mention Resturant Manager Guru was very hefull and coordinate staff Tushar Rajat Preeti was very good. Stay was very comfortable.I would like to visit again
