I visited in months of Dec with my friends and family on my birthday. We had booked for two room, initially we got a room with dirty washroom, i informed HK housekeeper who was taking round on floor and very sencerely he checked with the front desk girl Deepti, I think then we got a room little better but not properly cleaned again. My family was checking-in at front desk while checking in that front desk girl was really rude and seems very furstrated and her behaviour was not at all suitable for hospitality.
Another thing we had asked for a room but she clearly denied at same time we booked it through their website.
Front desk is a face of the hotel and people should be welcoming and aslo wear smile on their faces but there it's was totally absent. Front desk is the first place where people get an idea about the hotel. But our first experience was bad, we were there for a night so didn't have that much time to tell.
Property is good with the spacious room and nice interior. I'll appreciate restaurant staff who all were courteous but you guys need to work upon your front desk team. They should know atleast hospitality etiquettes.More
