Spacious rooms. Good decor. Easily accessible from the highway. Located 4-5 Kms away from Kashi Vishwanath temple and Dasheashwamedh ghat. One can find autos to travel form the hotel gate. Limited parking within the compound but the hotel ensures safety in the open parking opposite to it. Has a valet for the same. Food was good. More

I would like to inform you regarding the rude behaviour of your manager Mr. Samantha.
Incident:
There is no colors tv subscribe in my room tv. Have ask him to pls get it done as i want to see something on colors tv but this guy Mr. Samantha was very rude and telling me it's not possible and not ready to listen anything. It is the matter of Rs.19 have ask them take it from me but he bluntly replied not possible but seriously in hospitality industry I haven't seen hospitality in your Employee.
I am regular customer of yours and coming to your hotel on monthly basis but if you wish to loose your regular customer it is upto you.
Loading monthly business Vs Rs.19 think about it.
I think I need to switch my hotel if your are not putting your customers first.
Sorry to say but very disappointed.

Stay was excellent but only during Mr.Ravi Shift, rest all staff behaviour was not good, services are not upto the mark.. property is at very nice location and rooms are spacious..but improvement in staff behaviour will make this hotel what it's name is.

Pretty good hotel at Varanasi Hygiene standards are maintained well Room offered was pretty cool also. 1st off the 1st hotel in line near the cant station and easily accessible from the varanasi cant station.
The infrastructure of the hotel is nothing less than a 5 star Hotel. Breakfast Buffet spread is really good with 2 options in Non Veg (Sausages and boiled eggs). Rooms are really Huge. Staff is very helpful and courteous.
Two drawbacks : 1. Food is little expensive as compared to the taste which was above Avg. I ordered Gobhi Adraki and Roti. Breakfast Buffet is better than the Ala Carte items. 2. Lot of Hairs on the Bed but when informed the staff made the bed again with 5 Minutes.
Staff was very helpful !!

Will you choose a hotel where checkout process takes more than 1 hr and end with paying for the bills which doesn't belong to you. First they made me to pay bill which was falsely created, and reception guy begged to pay else it would be deducted from his salary.
Then he denied gst bill. Before booking i had confirmed over the phone that i would be needing gst bill.
Reception staff is totally clueless that how does a hotel runs. Complimentary wi-fi was another issue. When i asked , they give wrong details which did not allow me to log in. Next day when complained then the guy was laughing and said someone made me fool as the password was different. Now who is this "someone" who repeatedly picked phone of reception? Strange...
Room is small but okay..
Restaurant is the only good part of it. Mr. Vipin there helped as true gentleman. I appreciate.
So will i revisit hotel again?? Never ever... Even if they give 99% discount.
