The hotel is in excellent location, very close to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and the Ghats. The food in the Dawat Restaurant was also really good. The staff in general was very responsive and helpful. My only concern was the level of cleanliness in the hotel. I would request the Hotel team to take care of this. Our overall stay was very enjoyable.

I had stayed in this hotel for 6 days and they have been thoroughly professional in all the days. Room service was excellent , the restaurant inside for serving guests was good and everything was arranged in such short notice. I also took help of travel desk which though charge a bit higher will pickup and drop at the hotel itself. There were many vehicles which are not allowed near the hotel vicinity so one can avail the hotel transport. The manager Mr Anand and transport desk manager Mr Raunak thoroughly arranged the transport and there was no delay in either the pickup or drop. Will recommend if you are looking for a pleasant stay in Varanasi.
Its hard to rate the hotel. Hotel as such is good. Good hospitality. Hotel is good, likewise the staff.
The biggest issue is the location which is both good and bad. It is walkable to Kashi Viswanath temple and the ghats. On the flipside, the locality is extremely crowded and dirty that you dont feel like stepping out.

Locational advantage being very near to Kashi Vishwanath Temple.Executive Rooms are small and quite stuffy, they do not have windows. Superior Rooms are spacious having outside view.Service is poor. Not worth the tariff being charged.
Location is centre of town, walkable distance to temple and few famous local food joints like kashi chat Bandar.
Reception staff except one person, rest all unprofessional. I booked for 4 nights and I was promised a room with city view from 2nd day, but it never happened. Total 3 rooms booked, all rooms are without view.
Another problem is always traffic restrictions in this area, so you may need to walk 200 metres to reach your cab.
House keeping staff very helpful. Rooms are just ok, half of the stuff doesn't work

If you're someone looking to stay in the heart of the hustle-bustle of Banaras there's no better place. It's barely 50 meters from the most famous chat house - Kashi Chat Bhandar, 500 m from the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and 500 m from the most happening ghat- Dashashwamedh ghat.
About the hotel: It's definitely neat and tidy and the service is really great too. It's not the most luxurious kind so if you're looking for that look elsewhere, but if you're looking for a neat place in the best location look no further!
