There's nothing great abt the Varanasi prooerty, it's a 3 star with basic amenities & dated rooms, some of them with a terrible view. The staff & the decor make u feel like u r in a Club(asin old clubs of India in every city)
Dont go by the HHI name(stayed at their Kolkata property) & so was mislead.
Definitely value for money spent but w/t expectations of clinching a deal(if u feel that after booking at reasonable rate)

It was indeed a good decision by our family to stay at HHI Varanasi as the hotel is really taking care of its guest during this Covid era, we had to be there as there was a college reunion with family, every one had enjoyed both veg. and non-veg. selection of food and exotic mocktails.

The hotel is suitably located and is convenient to access both from the Railway station and the airport. Huge parking space and cab facilities readily available.
I booked through sales.it was very good when i stepped in the hotel.they were maintaining all covid norms during entry at hotel with sanitization,thermal scanning & oximeter checking procedures.in fact one new thing was there like shoe sanitization which is not in any other hotels like taj or radisson.
Satish was very polite who was first in co tact at reception.
Room service was catering with qr scanned menu,very good choice of food with combo offers meant for us business class.
Sandeep guided us to the hotel room and gave all necessary informations of the hotel.
Service was good & the food has its own class.
After long time i think hhi had given so familarised services.
I wish them all the best for their future endevour.
I will suggest all our friends & family to visit hhi as it changed a lot.
