Stayed there for 2 nights in a Suite, Extremely horrible service and behavior of the staff and totally unprofessional staff. The property is very good but the service is terrible including the lobby manger is rude . Will definitely not recommend you to stay .More

The staff always makes you feel special and welcomed. Some how they know that you are waiting for something. Some one would always come around to help you out. If you forget your mask in your room some one would always be there to provide you with a fresh piece of mask. The overall spread at buffet dinner and breakfast is the best in Lucknow.

The stay was great. Little issue we had in the starting but that was sorted later. Rest was fine. Parth showed us great hospitality. He arranged for us complimentary tea, also free drop off to the airport. He fulfilled all our needs. Keeping in mind corona time, stay was good, it can be better. Thanks Parth.
