Comfortable, peaceful stay

Booked through MMT. Smooth check in and check out. Spacious lobby. Non intrusive staff. Average room, seen these days in typical business hotels. Was unable to understand the function of a red colored circular plastic contraption attached to the mirror in the room. Can somebody please explain?

Each time the electricity goes off and comes back, the centralised AC starts, which has to be switched off manually, even though it was switched off in the first place. Tasty food. No provision for DND indication on the door, either by way of light indicator or hanging.

Novotel Lucknow Terrible Service


I am a regular visitor to this hotel. The service getting at this hotel this time is very disappointing. Specially from front desk and housekeeping. The room is not properly equiped , phone non working , if requesting for room change still no one is responding, basic amenities of a 5 star not available in room. Very disappointed with this . I will never suggest anyone to stay in this property anymore neither for the Accor membership.

Birthday celebration

Visited Azrak and loved the experience thanks to Mr. Jitendra, for making it a truly surreal experience. Mesmerized by the vibe of the place.Would love to visit again soon, specially to enjoy the service and food.

SPA SESSION AND AMBIENCE WAS AWESOME

Spa session was awesome and especially Mr Puneet who is manager is very polite and well spoken. Took care of my needs. A thorough gentleman! The place is beautiful and ambience is awesome and the staff is very cooperative and helpful. The R3 Spa is too good and the therapist is very nice. Would surely recommend the same to other folks.
