I spent two nights at the Radisson Agra from 29th to 31st Dec 21. I enjoyed my stay and loved the quality of food served in the main restraunt. Chef Manoj and his team did a fabulous job. They were personally involved in making sure every guest had a great time. Thanks.

I was a big Raddison fan until I visited this hotel. This a horrible experience. This was not a stay i was hoping for . Hotel was fully booked coz they took bookings for 3 wedding ceremonies. It was people everywhere, no COVID protocol followed. We booked hotel 3 days before checkin still didn't get desired rooms, no toiletries provided, no towels provided , no slippers, in the room . The worse begin when the families came for wedding joined the dinning area, that scene was beyond horrible. No place to sit, no food available , no cutlery. At that moment there was 300 people in the dinning area and this was the breakfast scene. It was not a posh hotel area ,it was a langar happening in a community centre. We didn't get food to eat though it was included in our offer list . People were playing badminton in the hobby area. Experience is beyond words, staff was clueless coz they didn't expected such crowd. Manager was unavailable. Would suggest all dial up hotel before booking room or checkin ,about any wedding happening in their hotel else near by eatery will give u well cooked food.
