We stayed for two nights as part of a tour.. Hence had a driver at call and didn't go walking in the locality... so cant comment on it.. busy days.. came home to our oasis in the madness of Agra and India. Everything modern, cool worked well, spotlessly clean at at a very modest cost. Absolutely recommend it.

We had pre-booked this hotel for our stay in Agra 4 days prior to our visit. When we reached the hotel we were told that all rooms are booked and they can't help us. Staff was very rude. They had actually rented the rooms on higher rates to foreign nationals and some other families had the similar experiences. I would request everyone to avoid this hotel or have a horrible experience.

Room Tip: Avoid this place. Unethical and terrible

Good Hotel, more than excellent location.. Staff very polite, Rooms are ordinary but clean and comfortable.. Breakfast was fine.. Decent variety and taste.. However, some strange and questionable service standards..

The air conditioning unit of my room (I think 411) was malfunctioning and despite more than an hour of check in, the temperature wasn't going below 29 degrees.. In the next 06 hours or so before I slept for the evening, it came down to 28 degrees and I called the front desk/reception several times, spoke to different guys including a lady who kept assuring that some technician is on the way.. But perhaps it took the technician 02 days to come and I checked out the next morning but until then no one had come.. I gave up..

Price needs to be lower for the kind of rooms and services they have.. I have stayed at better hotels in Agra for a way lower price.. Will think twice before staying here again..

Stayed to two nights while visiting the Taj Mahal.

The place is very clean and the facility is modern and nice.

When arrived to the hotel we were accepted by at least 7 people standing on the reception desk.

Amazingly none could speak English except for some pre-memoriezed cites.

The huge noon-evening reception staff could not support us with the most basic  questions reguarding money-changing, taxi services, sites visiting hours, costs  and so on.

There are 2 persons per floor that supposed to serve you, them too had no English understanding and could not help with any questions we had.

People are just gawking at you here.

Another annoyance was the fact they did not include breakfast although it was explicitly stated on the Web site it is included.

On some booking sites this hotel also appears to have a gym and a pool. There are none. Although it may be the booking site's mistake.

Hot water in the shower is on demand but when called the reception to turn it on , they didn't understand us and sent 2 (!) People to bring us filtered drinking water.

The place suffers a power outages repeatedly thus makes it dangerous to charge your electronic devices.

Each day they invalidate the key card even though it is not your checkout date.

Food:

We went for the non-complementry breakfast. The food was nothing to talk about.
They had about 7 employees for 4 tables, 3 (!) Of them were operating a toaster (with their bare hands).
It took 2 people to understand we wanted a glass of water and at the end of the new they tried to charge us for 3 meals instead of 2.
