This is the place where Guru gobind singh ji had stayed for some time....it is now a gurudwara and an institution teaching Sikhism to young children...the gurudwara houses the original arrows and weapons of Guru gobind singh ji....there is round the clock food served at the community kitchen (langar)...its simple but delish food....dont forget to donate whatever you wish at the exit of the langar hall....

We visited this holy Gurudwara situated on Agra-Mathura Highway in Sikandara Area of Agra at noon and guruvani was going at that time. A nice huge structer and master piece of archetecture made from white marble. A must visit place of Agra. According to legends, Guru ka Tal is a historical Sikh pilgrimage place dedicated to the memory of ninth Guru Sri Guru Tegh Bahudar Ji. Guru ka Taal is near Sikandra in Agra. TheGurudwara was built over the place where the Guru Tegh Bahadur laid down his arms to offer arrest to Aurangazeb, the Mughal Emperor. Several devotees gather every year to pay homage to the great Sikh guru in this Gurudwara

This is for the 3rd or 4th time I am visiting this place. The aura of the place itself gives you a feeling of peace. The Gurudwara is very grand and spread across widely. It is located near the highway. For everyone visiting the Taj Mahal, they can accommodate this as well in their trip.
