The hotel staff was very courteous. Although the parking people discriminate people who travel by bike. The valet service seems to be available only for people with cars. The people who travel by bike seem to be considered not rich enough to be served with same respect by security and guards.
Apart from that one point, everything else was outstanding. Four star for parking inconvenience.More

Booked the hotel to give kids excellent five star experience but let down by the hotel. Number of things were wrong:
1. When we booked room it showed 2 twin beds in the room, while when we got room it had only one king bed, had to get additional beds (paid extra for the privilege)
2. Most of the bars and restaurants were closed and most of the items in menu were missing, settled for food outside the hotel.
3. Tap in the bathroom came out with water pressure and had to make do in the shower
On plus side, the staff was very friendly and very quick to accommodate our needs.

The hotel has good service and nice arrangements for various events of the wedding. House keeping staff was helpful specially Vikram and Sanket. The food catering was also good. Just the rooms need a little renovation.
