We had our travel agent, Raj Singh Solanki, book a hotel in Agra for us and he chose this one. He did not do his research and made a mistake (and many others - do not book through him).
This hotel looks nice from the outside (except for the construction lot right next door). Inside looks nice. But, the hotel was still being built! The hotel has us switch rooms upon arrival because the phone in the room they first put us didnt work. The room they changed us to had a problem in the bathroom. While in our room, we could hear and feel the construction being done in the hotel. They had staff use an shop vacuum (very loud) right outside our room frequently. We lost power several times, including entirely overnight and in the morning. I am not sure why this hotel would have guests stay when the hotel is still under construction and not fully cleaned on the floors where they place guests. I think the hotel might be ok when fully built and the kinks worked out. The restaurant was nice and the food was good.
If you choose to book here, just make sure the hotel is FULLY completed and operational.
