My daughter and I stayed here only one night and wished we had more time here.
Great place, loved the modern, clean large suite we had, with friendly service and rooftop for photos.

Stayed there for 3 nights. I personally found great comfort knowing that we had a nice, clean room to return to at the end of a long day. The Ray of Maya was truly enjoyable.... Eeva, the owner was lovely as well..... Everything went smoothly with our stay but please note that the guy who picked us up at the train station, he comes at a price after the free hotel pick up. If you do use his services, he has contacts to suggest but they are personally marked up for his benefit, not the hotel. We chose not to use his services later as we found our way and it was cheaper and not so frustrating. Not the hotel's fault.

Our driver first showed us the Maya Hotel, which had rooms but nothing we were too keen on and upgraded to this one for wifi, which was working great, a rarity at some hotels in India. We stayed for two nights. The blue lights and contemporary ambience was well suited for my wife and I :)

Room was super clean, very modern and really new. Only thing I can say that is bad is the hot water was scalding hot and it was hard to add a little cold water in to balance it, either a hot or cold shower. The water was also yellow, but I found this problem at other places in Agra and a quick google search shows they are having problems city-wide, so it's not the hotels fault.

The hotel is right off the main drag, 15 min walk to the Taj, and actually set back from the street so it was quiet and peaceful, no honks or noises coming from the street.

Overall a great experience and I would stay there again.

I was there one night only... Really nice and clean hotel...5 mins to Taj Mahal. Both of us had a stomach problem and Mrs. owner really helped to us - give a treatments, call a doctor and we could stay at room to evening when our train came back to Delhi - everything for free...THANKS a lot to you once more...
There was only one problem (it isn`t a hotel problem)...There was a wedding very close to hotel :) Music, dance, drums...to 6AM :)

On my trip to Agra I stayed one night in the Ray of Maya in Agra, an Oasis of Hygiene in India.
Beautiful showers, hot water, very clean rooms, Taj Mahal visible from two rooms and from the roof terrace. Five star accomodation for a reasonable 2000 Rupees for a single room, 2800 Rupees for a double room with Taj Mahal View. PHG
